I'm an outgoing person who loves to laugh! I am very organised and have often been told that I'm very encouraging and positive. I enjoy meeting new people, having meaningful conversations, as well as spending time with the people I love (family & friends).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to meet people in their own surroundings, and also make them feel welcome in mine.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My husband has been on CS for a few years now, and so I've so far only experienced CSing through him, meeting up with people, people staying over, etc. But I've decided to join also, so that people coming to visit us can at least see that his wife is not some mysterious monster :D

Interests

As I've said, my family and friends are very important to me, so I spend a lot of my time with them. I enjoy travelling with my husband! I like surfing, although I'm really not that good. Reading, watching movies, listening to some music, socialising with friends. My husband & I have a bee hive, so I enjoy a little bit of bee-keeping (& our honey!). Last, but definitely not least, I enjoy spending time with God.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mmmm...recent favourite books: Myst -The Book of Atrus, The Book of Ti'ana, The Book of D'ni. The Hobbit. Mrs Frisby and the rats of NIMH (the book, NOT the movie!).

Movies: movies like Tron, Inception, Thor, How to Train your Dragon, I could go on for ages....

Music: mostly alternative, some jazz, some African, some hiphop, some clssical...a little bit of everything I guess.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seen how God had healed blind, lame, cripple, deaf people right in front of my eyes! He also healed my back, which I broke in 2002...amazing experience! Seeing how hundreds of people realise God is alive and that He loves them, turning to Him. He is SO powerful and loving!
