I met the wonderful exotic and very entertaining Jen at a festival of like minded individuals and have been drawn in by her keen wit and story telling ever since.. She's a mountain mama with a great smile and sense of adventure

Cara, Jennifer, Christine, and Adam all surfed at my place for a night on the way to Burning Man. I wish I could have hung out with those four a bit longer as all four were a lot of fun, very considerate, and great conversationalists. There were all quite experienced couch surfers and it showed as they all couldn't be more appreciative. I would be happy to host or stay with any of the four anytime as I'm sure, given a situation where we don't have to wake up at 6:30am, much fun can be had.

we met at jennifer's restaurant in asheville and wish we could have talked more. look forward to maybe hanging out soon when we move to ahseville. happy traveling and HAPPY BURNINGMAN!

 

Jenny seems like a very cool girl, i met her in a bar while out with my host. Then she turned up at restaurant posing as a waitress and she gave us a reduced rate. Nice one :)

I spent two days exploring the city of Asheville with Jen. She was very hospitable and gave me some great tips on the how to make the best of couch surfing. If your in Asheville, look her up!

Hmm, how to start, oh, she rocks my face off. I have thouroughly enjoyed getting to know Jenny and her beautiful sense of humor and lust for the odd and lovely. Jen kindly agreed to host me just a couple days before xmas on my way to Massachusetts. We hung out with some fellow couchsurfers/hosts for a bit and enjoyed a late snack and conversation. Jen's very clever and i didn't have nearly enough time to pick her mind about life. new friends are fun; hope to see you soon!

great personality. very positive and wise. well traveled and great conversationalist. talented burner - play with toys such as hoola hoop and fire nanchake thingy (idk wht its called). lovely and meeting her was a blessing. definitely looking forward to travel together soon.

Jen is a great host! She rescued me from a creepy old guy's house and provided transport for all my reconnaissance missions in Asheville. I enjoyed our thrift shopping and private property viewing adventures. But especially memorable were our fireside chats in her cozy living room. Since she was so experienced in backpacking herself, I benefited a lot from her advice and encouragement. I had a lot of fun with Jen and hope I can surf with her again soon :)

We knew each other from CS and later we met by chance at night in a magic forest in the hills of Georgia. She is very nice and sweet. I am sure she would be a great person to host or travel with.

Jenny is smart, fun, and knows how to have a good time. I feel lucky to have met her!

 

Jenny made a fabulous addition to our fun and games! We bonded over our commom loves & had a great time together. Now all we have to do is get her to move to Asheville so we can cause a fun ruckus more often together!

Jen is good people. We were glad to have her and Tessa at the Monte Vista Casa. May her travels continue to bring joy to those around her and to herself.

 

Jennifer held fun conversations and always seemed to have a story from different traveling adventures. The positive attitude and outlook was very warming to come across.

I replied to Jenny's post looking for a travelbuddy (troublebuddy) for her coast to coast trip around the USA. And I'm so glad she decided to take me along because she is great, I couldn't have asked for a better companion. We had tons of fun, meeting cool new people everywhere and having bunch of interesting experiences hopefully we'll repeat this one day in Europe!

Jennifer is a go-getter. It seems to me that when she wants to do something, she just does it. I love that. She has been to so many places. I am so jealous! She is a lovely person and very motivated from what I can tell.

 

We covered a considerable amount of subjects with stories galore and that is always an awesome night for me. Good people :)

 

she's the only other person I know, besides myself, who would ask a bum for a quarter. Here I was thinking that was my trick that I made up all on my own. She's like the girl next door who's been everywhere. She's down to earth and so much fun to hang out with. I hope we get to hang out once more. Oh ya, ask her about her books.

Jenny and her friend, Dave made my first time as a host an experience that I'll always remember. First of all, they were incredibly respectful of my apartment and enjoyed my dog; second of all, we engaged in fascinating conversations and had a great time all week. Jenny and Dave are always welcome in my home.

Jen was one excelent company in the first night of 2008! It was just great, had lot's of fun dancing with everyone we could find! I still remember her screams of joy! eh eh eh!In the first days she was a litle sick but she got better and just in time for the beginning of one excellent New Year! I'll wait for her return!!

We met in Italy, spent a cruisy evening hanging out in Verona, it was cool. Jen was the one who got me on to couchsurfing in the first place... Cheers! :)

 

Jennifer was a great host. I probably wasn't very entertaining as I was pretty drained from travel, but she put me up in her place in Atlanta and we had a nice relaxing evening.

Jen has been my hook-up for nasty layovers in ATL. Whenever I get stuck in ATL for a night, Jen hooks it up with a ride from the airport and a place to crash...

Jenny is awesome, in the most serious and old-fashioned sense! She took me to an excellent party in Atlanta with her friends, complete with dippin' dots, togas, lasers, cosmonaut outfits, occasion-appropriate drinks, and a friendly cat. She totally made my visit to Atlanta. A very fun and generous person. Get to know her!

Jenny and her boyfriend Dave came through on their way to prospective homes in Atlanta and Cornwall (obviously). They were lovely to have around, friendly and engaging and even subjected themselves to a first-ever game of Risk, topping 5 hours!! Welcome back anytime!

a true georgia peach. Jenny and I met by email through another CSer in Belgium, oddly enough. We finally met up in person in Paris one cold, summer afternoon and had a great time hitching to Munich for a few days of Oktoberfest. Jenny rocks! I can't wait to meet up with her again!

Overboard. One night Jenny volunteered to cook an excellent seafood dinner. Quite something, especially in a landlocked country. :]

 

Amazing host. Jenny is an awesome person and an incredible host. She goes way out of her way to take care of her surfers, and makes sure there's never a dull moment. get her to play some card games and the night is set.

Jenny is a spitfire, an original, a citizen of the world in the best, most engaged sense of the term. We did nothing important or exceptional in Atlanta and it was still the best, most memorable time I've had in that town. I eagerly anticipate the next time our paths cross, even given the possibility of hellfire and brimstone and the burning pokers of eternal damnation. Or ice cream and butterflies, for that matter. Anyway.

We met in Athens ... Greece. I met Jenny in Athens, Greece back in November 2004 ... lo and behold we live near each other in Atlanta, Georgia. Cool chick with a laid back attitude ... looking forward to our next lunch :)

hmmmm.... Jenny.... I met up with Jenny in Atlanta the night befor I headed back to BKK and enjoyed her company over a few drinks (I tend to drink a lot so usually meeting people for drinks) Anyway she came out to Thailand, and I enjoyed her company so much that I put off semi important business and stayed in Thailand, and did a bit of traveling around down to Malaysia. Had a good time, and shared a lot of conversations. She probably can never look at me the same as she did when we met in ATL. All in a great girl, I hope the rest of her trip goes greatäää
