Tim's anise (?) sweets made me feel fantastic, superb and powerful. Needles to say that it was great and important experience for me.

Tim was happy to help make my time in Utrecht a nice little chill-out session. We spent a lot of time walking around town, picnicking and talking in the park, drinking toasts with random Miffy worshippers, etc. He's an interesting and agreeable guy, and he knows the difference between a rabbit and a hare.

Tim is a patient and easy-going person. Great company for parties, meetings and any kind of events.

 

Tim has been a very nice guest. I was expecting him to stay longer, but we have had good time together with my 2other estonian friends and than a friend of mine.
Tim seems exactly how i expect a guy from Netherlands to be - very polite, straightforward, honest, friendly with a good sense of humor. I soppose it's my stereotype but Tim definitely was a great guest and i am glad i could host him. I hope you liked time in Bratislava,the cottage and simply overall experience was good - because i was kind of tired and i felt i wasn't as committed to hosting as i would normally be. Thanks for a present and i really appreciate that you helped Doris and gave her a ride in the morning. Was very nice of you...

What shall I say? Simply great. Welcomed me with some dinner (sorry for being late - traffic jam on the way), took & guided be to the CS Midsummer Event and Utrecht itself. Hosted me, gave me a tour through Utrecht - even though he was involved in the midsummer event.
He is a very kind, friendly and open person - someone you definitely like to have around. And Tim: Don't buy a second bike - having a lift on your carrier is great - and belongs to a stay in Utrecht :)

Tim was a really great host. My train trip to Utecht was a bit of a nightmare due to my complete lack of common sense and i ended up finally finding him after many wrong trains lol. He showed me around his city (which i still cant pronounce) and it was a shame i didnt spend more time there. Then he gave me a lift through the "scenic" route (: P)over into the boarder of Germany. Thanks very much, and cheers for the Munster recommendation : D

Tim is was a lovely guest of the beach chill out at Scheveningen. He is straight forward, informative, and insightful. The best kind. Until the next time again!

 

Tim is one of those people that stands out in a crowd and I've thought at a number of gatherings, "hey, I'd like to talk to him more", as I somehow sense that we'll connect well on several levels. He is fun at parties, which is how I know him, but he appears as very interesting on an individual level too. I'm sure I'll see more of him!

Very positive, smiley and warm person.
He`s probably been to more places in Poland than I was and seems to like the country very much..
But whats interesting, even if he travels he still can`t live without Dutch pancakes - thats for sure!;)

I`m also certain that he regrets some things he could not see this time - like the first McDonalds that was opened in Poland (shame on you!!!;-))

He`s got the special sarcastic kind of sense of humor I like and as soon as he finds a good target he banters a lot:)

Tim is such a great guy! You can't stop laughing with him! He's got fantastic sense of humor! I really regret you had to leave Warsaw so soon after we met!

Tim hosted me on my first visit to Utrecht .. After the CS meeting, we went to dance with another some Csers to some Club of Utrecht (which most I don't know where), but it was fun .. At the end of the night, already tired .. He tried (without much success) to take me in the back of his bike .. He had to stop several times at my request .. but he has not lost the humor .. I had a great sleep in your place and the next morning we had breakfast together and went to the center of Utrecht.. What I can say is that Tim is really patient and friendly guy :) Thank you for making this wonderful time in Utrecht possible!!

Short time spent together but enough to guess that Tim is a great host, at least able to prepare some milkshake early morning to give me enough energy to go on with my trip.
He spent time to have a chat at night after his long working day where as he was quite tired.
Well organised is also one of his inherent attributes for sure!

Even if the mini party Tim organised was really "mini", we spent a very good time in a cold rainy night in La Palma. Tim and his brother Peter are so kind and nice people. I enjoyed very much the time we spent together.

Tim is very easy to talk with and has many stories to tell,plus he's able to enjoy nature and keep open eyes on everything happen around:)he's quite positive and good traveller. he's polite and helped at home. you're welcome again whenever you want!

I hosted with pleasure the great and enthousiastic team Tim and Sanne and we sheared nice parties in my flat!!! There are perfect host,smily and generous,and we had a lot of fun playing music and party!!!!!! See u maybe in Utrecht!!! :D

Tim is always happy and is a very keen participant in all the fun couch surfing things!

 

Tim is always in for meetings, he had the great idea to organize the Spanish speaking evenings in Utrecht.

 

Tim's a very spontaneous and friendly guy who is much too modest about his biking qualities: had the most comfi ride on the back of his bike through literally the entire city of Utrecht and a very nice breakfast the next morning.

Great guy! We had a long talk about Netherlands, his stay in my city (he was living in Wroclaw for 1 year!) and a couple of beers while he stayed at our place during Sinterklaas. Very friendly type, very open, so much that he listened even to my bad advices (I'm sorry, Tim, once again!). I assure you to meet him, it's worth it!

I meet Tim at a CS meeting in Utrecht and he crashes at my place during the CS Sinterklaas weekend!

It was really fun to be with him at the roleplay event in Utrecht.
He was the "tourist" and kept on taking pictures of all the people (he is a professional, by the way) and then out of a sudden he and the Inspector Leclou invited me to a little...interview. They found about my secret being Mr. X.

And I really want to see the pictures!

 

I've met Tim a few times, all at Utrecht related events, where he always seems to be the photographer.Tim is a laidback pleasant guy.

Tim is a cool guy: enthusiastic and relaxed at the same time, and a nice person to be around.

I had a lot of fun organising the casino event with you and Jeroen - especially shopping for swords and the nightly bike rides along the old canal (if you ever buy a house there, can I surf your couch? I will promise not to wear boots or high heels).

My time with Tim and his brother Peter was really delightful, as delightful as a car which they left me (the little toy, named "delightful van", which as I suppose they play as a little kids). Our interests seem to be completely different but it doesn't stop us to have really interesting and fun conversations:) so I can say that Tim is very open-minded person, very cheerful, with great smile and good attitude to life. I hope that this van, which you left me, will bring me sometime to Utrecht guys:)

Tim and Jeroen visited Berlin for 2-3 days and we hang around a little. They are cool guys who I'd like to meet again...

 

He is a great guy. Warm, intelligent, funny and open-minded. I was happy to meet him and we spent a nice time playing frisbee, chatting, having some beers, breakfast and chilling and playing "Settlers" in the park.

I surfed with him during the midsummer meeting. Tim is a cool, fun & hospitable guy.

And he didn't complain when I sat at the back of his bike for the 20-min ride to his place :).

 

Tim is a very committed and active Utrecht Ambassador, who's really involved and has helped turn many event into a great succes for all with his organising skills. He's a friendly and intelligent guy with a very good sense of humor and he's also a suprisingly superb photographer.

Tim is a nice, intelligent and fun guy. We met at several meetings in Utrecht and he is always smiling. When he feels like it, he will dance as well ;) He's a great host in a great city!

Tims the kinda guy who's good to have with you when you go to retrieve more beer and for the drinking part also.

I hosted him a couple of times in Utrecht. We spend a great time togheter, we had many great laughs.

He is a good listener and if you get lucky he might say waht you want to hear ;-)
And he can explain how a corporation works (and a PE-teachers as I am it is a very complicated job to do!)

 

Great Ska dancer. Open minded guy, always willing to help out. A good friend/host/guest to have. Tim is a great friend to have when you need help (especially painting). He is internationally minded, sometimes he doesn't notice he is speaking in English to Dutch people (I have the same sometimes).

I saw Tim at Koninginnenach in Utrecht (he says), but we spoke with eachtother at liberation festival in Utrecht. He's a relaxed person and leaves a positive impression.

 

Tim is not very spontaneous, but quite smart and cool. :)

I met Tim in a CS Gathering in Utrecht. He´s really full of energy!

Met briefly at the CS meeting and then danced at the ACU :)

Then, he was nice enough to host me and provide his company for two days.

Great guy to talk with and hangout with.

Met Tim and Jeroen on the iceskating rink of Budapest, then a great meal followed in a local restaurant. It was too short, but will surly meet soon again.. Thanks for helping Martin.. cheers A

Tim is a model-member of this site. Eager to learn new people, to share his stories and experiences, and has a very energetic personality. :)

 

We had diner and saw a flamenco and a funk concert together in Valencia. Tim is a great guy, if there's a ska concert in town, don't forget to call him !

Tim is a smart and tolerant person with whim you can have good conversations. In his manner of being he is friendly and open-minded. It was a benefit to having spent time with him.

Tim, it was really nice to meet you and have you as class mate!

Tim is a very friendly person. We met in Valencia and went with another couchsurfers to several pubs in the city to see two concerts and have a drink. We all had a great time and I hope to see him more in Valencia!

Tim came to Budapest with his Dutch friend, Jeroen. We met and had a nice conversation. Really nice, open and talkative. Very much looking forward to meeting him in Urecht next year.

Very nice, open, interesting person (and those are not clishés...) He and his friend came to Budapest, where I spent a day with them, which was an exquisite and most refreshing pleasure.

 

We know each other since secondary school and have been best friends since.

Tim is definitely a nice guy. I get him in to CS after my flatmate as well and I believe he'll be a nice CSer.
