Couch Information
Couch Available: Maybe Preferred Gender: Any No smoking allowed Has children: No Can host children: No Has pets: No Can host pets: No Max Surfers Per Night: 2
Shared Sleeping Surface: No Shared Room: YesI work and live in a hostel in central Seville. I only have a bedroom to call my own (when the hostel is not full) it comes with extra beds inside so we would be sleeping hostel dormroom style! If you are coming to Sevilla, check our wiki and Sevilla Group - very helpful info inside!!
I sleep in a room in the hostel I work in so depending on the hostel and my availability I may be able to host surfers. If so, you would have to share the room with me (and I´ve been told I am a good snorer!). There are other bunk beds in the room so there is definately a comfy place to lay your head for the night. There is also a bathroom but be warned, my place does not have a kitchen Friends (96)

Personal DescriptionIt's hard to describe the characteristics of a person in a little white text box but I can say that I'm an outgoing, happy, positive and adventurous person. How I Participate in CSI heard of couchsurfing when I just began my gap year in Europe in Aug of 2008. The gap year turned out to be 2 years and I owe it all to the great people of couchsurfing! I have made many connections and friendships while traveling and learning. This project is amazing and truly the way the world SHOULD be! It's very inspiring to see how open and trusting people are. The best part of this is that here you find the good ones that are more than happy to open up their homes, lives and schedules to accommodate and host strangers from all over the world.
Through my gap year I found myself at home in Seville Spain and have returned to work here managing a hostel. Currently I am living in an area of the hostel so I am unable to host but I do use my position in order to contribute to the CS community by hosting weekly meetings at the hostel and offering discounts to established CS members. CouchSurfing ExperienceSo far nothing but great people that have been gracious enough to host me during my travels. I love meeting local people and spending time in the true heart of LIVING culture. Although I have hosted when it was possible during my travels I very much look forward to the time when I can host CSers from all over the world in my own home (where ever that may be).Interests*Music is my passion! Every kind, every beat. Sounds funny but I'd would LOVE to get into being a club DJ and working all over the world just feeling the beats and expressing myself with a trance of sounds.
*Travel must be on EVERYONES interest list here
*LifePhilosophyBefore you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.
I really feel that everyone has motivation behind what they do. Some might not be proper justification for certain acts but everyone needs to be open to the different view points and paradigms of others. Maybe this isn't the appropriate philosophy for couchsurfing.com but hey, its a way I look at many problems people encounter with each other. On the other hand diversity is what this site is all about so maybe it IS fitting
Music, Movies, BooksI love all music from techno to opera. Types of People I enjoyI love to spend time around happy positive people. Unfortunately my job didn't afford many friends mainly because I worked with teens. SO, I always LOVE to meet new friends and make connections with a variety of people Teach, Learn, ShareMy 2 years backpacking through Europe has given me a wealth of experience and knowledge of long term travel and of the countries that I have been to. I would be more than happy to share my knowledge with anyone interested in it.One Amazing Thing I've Seen or Doneactually DUG out a rented van from a secluded and deserted beach in Baja Mexico :( 'nough said!Opinion on the CouchSurfing.org ProjectCouchsurfing is the way the world SHOULD be. There has been far too much worry and fear placed on society. unfortunately this paranoia makes that society think that something like couchsurfing (or hitchhiking for example) is dangerous and we should close ourselves off to all but the people we already know personally. I can not begin to describe how refreshing it is that such a project (now 2 million people strong) is helping to regain societies trust in a stranger. Of course there would be no such thing as trust if there was never an instance of someone breaking it. Things CAN go wrong, mankind CAN be unpleasant. But this project is PROOF that mankind deserves to be trusted and what beauty can come of that trust. You don´t HAVE to give your keys or trust a stranger with your livelihood or life, but give any trust you feel comfortable and you will be rewarded with something much more meaningful than material goods. Thank you couchsurfing and all the people in it for showing me this world does exist!

What do these numbers mean?
This summary is not a replacement for reading references; it's a quick summary to help you get started. At a glance, you can see how many references a member has, and how many of them are positive, neutral, and negative.
In the second line, you'll see how many references came from people who hosted this member, surfed with them, and traveled with them. These numbers won't always add up to the total: some references are not categorized, and some may be categorized as more than one thing.
When viewing this summary, don't jump to conclusions! Things that are negative for one person may be positive for another, and vice versa. It's important to read references carefully and evaluate what that information means to you. References (106)106Positive 0Neutral 0Negative

From Michael Justesen Copenhagen, Denmark Apr 27, 2011 Positive Even though Lior could not host me on my trip to Seville himself, he was nice enough to set me up with a couch at a friends of his. Besides this, he was a great tourguide to the city, my trip would definatly not be the same had he not helped :) Amazing guide, he knew exactly what to see and what to leave out - other than that he show me some good parties.
