Kris Wilson

Kris is a nice guy and i feel sorry I couldn't share with him some more days due to my routine tiredness and lack of free time. He is interesting person to know and he has amazing pics of his South American trip. Just ask him for that:))

Chris is a top bloke. Genuine all round good Kiwi!

Ktis and i worked together in Loki hostel in Cusco,Lima..
He look like a great guy,very friendly and he know how to have good time!

Kris is an excellent dude! Arriba Nueva Zelanda. We met up at Andes Hostel and had the ultimate freezing barbeque with some other friends. You have to meet him, hopefully I will see you soon and you share with me your passion for fire. Keep it cool and cheers for your awesome spanish! D

I met Kris just by Chance in a Hostel's kitchen. We had a great talk and a nice laugh, he is a highly interested and very original person. I would like to meet him again - he's got his couch if he's ever to germany for sure!

 

Loved staying in Picton with Kris "Mr Teacherman, Sir!" Wilson. He's a chef in the kitchen, an artist when it comes to fire and a wicked golfplayer. And what did I give him back in return.. A burned chocolate cake ha ha. Hope we meet again mate. Cheers!

Kris made us feel welcome..How else could you feel, when a grandmotherswise prepared roast was waiting there for you, than feeling at home ;0)
But not only is he a great cook,he is also a great host in every possible meaning of the word. Passing Marlborough without passing Kris, is as stupid as going to Picton without visiting the sounds!

I had a great time with Kris, especially some interesting talks on everything!
It was so much funn hanging out with you!

Kris has enthusiasm alright, who would have thought that the guy would have been such a great teacher, but umm yeah thats right he is too.

Kris was one of the most hardest workers at the NZ Collective. And I don't think I ever saw him without a smile on his face. A cruisy dude, and a kick-ass performer. Legend.

 

It was a pleasure to host Kris here in my little apartment in Narvik, Norway.
A fun guy that I can reccomend to other members of CS. And he also set a new record while here: I never hosted anyone who came from such a far away place as Kris !

 

Kris is a fun, happiness and good times all wrapped up in one package! Anyone lucky enough to have him as a friend will not regert it!

If you're going to meet up with an almost stranger and drag them along to see one of your favourite bands in an over crowded, over heated tent then I couldn't reccommend anyone more thoroughly than Kris! He shakes his booty with the best of them.

Kris is a great guy, and is really into music. It was a pleasure spending a day with him at Big Day Out, and I hope we meet again in the future.

I have enjoyed many a moments with this sweet guy. I miss picking his brain about an assortment of ideas, watching him cut onions without crying, and of course his smile! I hope he comes back for a visit soon.

a good sort ... only other kiwi in the house and almost the same name! hes chilled and fun hope to see more of him.

 

My big brother, finely I found him after wishing me one for 21 years =) I enjoyed the peaceful hours we spend together making the house shiny, learning some Maori, bearing a bird, enjoying the silence and sharing laughter. I'm looking forward to the day I will walk into a bookstore with out any intention and find a book written by you!

Kris man, I remember you showing me those books and I was thinking of the great presence that is needed to pay full attention to each person's conversations in order to inspire then to write memories in a strangers book. Great job living man, dreams are actions. cheers!

 

Kris was at the Collective in Nelson, NZ at the same time I was. I don't think I saw anyone else work as hard as this guy did on the deck outside. You do good work, Kris. Come back and see us soon!

Had some great time with Kris and his little "notebooks". Hope to find some of your stuff somewhere at cs. he's funny, likes to party and a great cook!!! jeah, jeah, jeah, jeah ;-)

I have to say, Kris is pretty rockin'. He starts off kinda quiet, but maybe he's just a keen observer... Either way, he plays with fire, dabbles in languages, and teaches Science stuff that I know nothing about... interesting...

Kris kicks ass aye! at least he kicks my ass in poker. We have a good time recruiting CS volunteers together and drinking the occasional glass of whiskey. Glad to have met Kris and I'm sure there are more good times in the not to distant future.

kris is absolutely amazing! would you believe that this funny, punkrocking, hardpartying, firemastering, waterfallspeaking guy is a teacher for physics? just his einstein looking hairstyle could give you a hint :-) let the sunshine in and keep up the good work!

it was my first couchsurfing experience and i'm really glad a stayed with kris. he showed me around and we had a lot of fun!

 

He is one of the most creative persons I know, crazy in a very good way, fun to be with and always a challenge for my mind. Good hearted and I trust him absolutely.

Ive surfed on Chris's couch in Dunedin with my friend Audrey. Chris is a great guy: he took some time to show us around the town, cooked for us and introduced us to his favourite band ("/)!!! You would definitely enjoy his company!!
