Otmane KHAYAT

Otman hosted me in Rabat for 3 night,but i knew him 2 month before by messenger,he helped me lot, gave me lot of useful information and just was good friend and then after i met him he continued to be it, i liked the time that i spenT with him and with his frends.definitly nice host.

He's right! Otmane and the rest of the CS crowd from Rabat showed me how Morocco can be like a chameleon. Rabat would have been 'just another capital city' - instead we went to concerts, had tea and great conversation. Our two day stay (originally scheduled as one) was not enough at all to truly grasp the CS world in Rabat -- hopefully I make it back soon!

 

Otmane is a genuinely nice guy, really enjoyed getting to know him. He's very knowledgable and definitely has some cool stories and experiences to share. And while its people like Otmane who make the CS Rabat group truly amazing, I really hope to come back for more, hang and check out some gigs again! (esp those where being silent is not required) :))

Otmane has been our guide in a rapid tour of half day in Rabat.. decidedly intensive as forenoon, but without doubt useful.. because we have practically seen all of this that en Rabat must be seen!
and is also an excellent (as well as liar!!) cavia.. he has eaten the risotto that my friend Elisa and I have prepared (something very bad) without laughing, and also pretending that was good.. a true gentleman, in short :)

Otmane is a very special person. Despite the short time we spent together I know that was a great friendship and I bring with me the best impression of Rabat, their friends and the times we had together. Hope to see you again.

Otmane: polyglot, jokster, chef, greenthumb,conversationalist...Casanova? It is a pleasure hanging out with him and his friends, as you will surely find out if you're lucky enough to CS in Rabat.

Ali and I stayed with Otman, a great host, in Rabat. He dedicated most of his time to showing us his city, the beach, local restaurants, the marketplace, etc etc. He was so hospitable and generous, and he even sorted us out at the bus station after we missed our train to Assilah. E una persona magnifica!! He is also a great cook!! Thank you so much Otman, we hope to see you again!!

Othmane Really a good friend. we meet first in a meeting in Casablanca that i organized, and after in Rabat when i moved for work, then we meet on each meeting. Easygoing man very helpfull and always ready to give more to Couchsurfing.

Othamne is a nice person, helpful and friendly.I liked his sens of humour. it was nice to meet him.

He's my salsa teacher ! Othmane is a positive person, very patient, smiling and a very good dancer (he gives us salsa lessons for free ;) )...

Not long have I met Otmane in a meeting but I immediately fell at ease with him and quickly became best friends. Otmane is a lovely guy full of life, energy and fun that no meeting could be more enjoyable without him. He is so generous kind-hearted, open-minded and so devoted to the spirit of couchsurfing.I highly recommend him as a host. He can be your language teacher, your cook and your tourist guide.

After hosting many times the same persons, I finally got to meet Othmane, the model host that everybody told me about. We met for some hours in Rabat and it was so nice to talk with him. I really would like to meet him again to get to know him better but I'm sure he's a nice person, and the best to meet if you're planning to go to Rabat! Thanks for the nice and quick ^^ !

Otmane is a very natural and open guy. He is welcoming and treats his guests like already known friends. I was impressed how caring he behaved with his mother. What is also nice is that he hosts people according to the basic idea of couchsurfing. This means that I can say from my experience, that you will feel safe and respected in his house. So in my opinion also solo-traveling women can do CS at his family without any fears. That`s why I can fully recommend him =) I wish you a happy year 2009 and say hi to SANDYYYYY (such a cute white doggy) =D

Otmane and his family hosted me in Rabat for 4 days. We walked around Rabat even though it was hot and we both were doing ramadan. His dad was very sweet too, showing me around the beaches and the fish market. His cousins teaching me to make bread. hmmm.

Otmane is an amazing guy, funny, happy, gorgeous, and very nice person. I met him first Time in the University, we studied together, very glad to met him, very nice to talk and stay with him, friendly with everybody and very helpful. I had lots of fun with Otmane especially our Crazy Student Life.

Otmane is a wonderful guy, I met him trough my CS friend Kym, and we easily got along well, he's full of fun, open minded and great guy to hang out with or to have a drink with.

it's somewhat hard for me to write a neutral reference for otmane we met and fell in love right away:)
but i'll try anyway: he is a sensitive person who is interested in knowing as many people as possible. therefore, he is very open and tolerant, polite and always ready to help.
normally i would really recommend you to surf his couch or just to meet him in order to let him show you rabat or casablanca where he might move soon, but im jealous! so dont crash on his couch.ö

I stay two days with the same host (Maria). We are visiting all the city with him and her girlfriend, he is a very nice guy and you can talk with him about all the things. I wait you are in good company ;)

I hosted Otman and Katrin here for two nights, they seemed to have a great time while i had to go to work! so jealousy aside they were good, polite guests who cooked, i don't think you can ask for more!

i hosted otman and kathrin for a couple of days they are really charming people. kind and polite and interesting to talk to. you and kate are always welcome here! it was such a pleasure getting together and going from talking about everyday life, too politics, too sufi music, too italian food ofcourse..... i know ill see you soon because marrakech is your place

otmane in reality i know him from long time in cs, i'm happy that he joined us here in our comunity after long time in italy, lovely guy,easy going,kind, every time i speak with him i feel comfortable and never want to stop talking to him ;-).

these few days with Otmane and his family were one of the best things that happened to me in Morocco so far. I really appreciated the hospitality I met there and all the things I learned on Moroccan culture. thanks a lot and hope to see you soon!

It was a big relief to meet Otmane, who showed me many nice parts in Rabat, and introduced me to his photographer friends. He's very understanding and has some good stories to share.

We met at free hugs and Otmane was very pleasant and agreed to show me around Como at a date yet to be decided.

 

He is a nice easygoing boy, he is from Marocco but is the ambassador of Como, a city near mine.
He is very active in Couchsurfing project and is nice to talk with him.

Before coming here I got some references of some people living in Como. I was said to live with a Turkish guy and I was expecting that. Big surprise when I enter my room and see 2 things: A huge mess in my room and Otmane there! All my friends say I'm the most unlucky to have the worst room, but at the same time the luckiest to have the COOLEST roommate. And I definetely agree! I'm a lucky guy to have him as roommate! Otmane is just the friendliness and happiness made person! Any words I can write here can be short to describe his personality! Better come and meet him!

this guy peeled and prepared a pomergranade...and he let everyone have some of it! it was very cool if you get the point. i mean, do you know how hard it is to peel a pomergranade? strucking generousity. otmane is the king of chill, outgoing and i really hope i get to visit rabat with him.

 

Otmane was very helpful to me when I came to Como. Although he was unable to host me because he was already hosting to CSers, he helped me find a host. Later, he met me at the duomo and walked with me to help me find the hostel. He is very kind and generous!

Otmane was a great friend to me during my stay in Como. He came and got me when I got lost, he introduced me to his friends and took me out, and he provided me with full room and board. He's a great host and person in general and I highly recommend staying with him.

I had a great time. Otman was a good host, and helped to make me feel included when hanging out with his friends and singing songs. He made sure that we did things that interested me, and also showed me things that were known to locals only, as well as introduced me to Moroccan food! Yummy!

Otmy is the kindest guy ever! nice, very respectful and funny guy, we've been friends since 2 years almost and always heaving good-crazy experiences together...
I've met almost all of his CS guests coz he always takes them to our partys or even organizes partys.. so, if u get a chance to couch surf with him don't miss it, i'm sure u'll enjooooy a lot!

Otmane is a very social, active, interactive person who communicate with anybody else around the world by the help of his language skills. He is crazy about Partying and this shows how energetic he is. To meet with him is a good choice to have fun in Como

 

Otmane is a really great guy! Very nice, welcoming, and he is one of the coolest couch surfer I have stayed with! He introduced me to some really great friends and helped me with a lot different things in Italian so I think anyone (guy or girl) would have a REALLY nice time in Como with Otmane.

Otmane was such a super-nice guy that took us all around the town of Como when we surfed his friend's couch (his friend was actually out of town!). He made us delicious pasta and we had great conversations in both Italian and in English. He even introduced my friend and I to his friends when we had a wonderful pizza dinner the last night.
