Great Paolone!

 

Had a lovely time being hosted and seeing Milan with Palone. He is very friendly and introduced me to lots of his friends.

paolone! it is time for me to leave a reference, after all these times we've met so far, it's a shame i havn't written anything earlier!
really, he is such a great guy, sooooooooooooo extreeemely extroverted, always up in a party mood, always happy, always so nice and caring and gentleman like and and and ... i could go on! i can just say, i'm really happy to have met you and i'm looking forward to all the future events with you.

I really liked having you guys aouraund, feldt a little bit sad when you left on the morning, too bad that the stay was so short, and i promise next time it will be a big party! Mi casa, su casa!! "pio meno" ;)

I highly recommend to meet this person if you visit Milan. He is extremely kind, knows an awful lot of places, good to party, never sleeps enfin a bit an unusual guy but you will defently enjoy going around with him!!

Paolo is a very nice and generous gentleman. I only surfed for one night but it was packed full of fun meeting up with other CS hosts and their guests in a very un-Italian pub, full of locals :) Thanks Paolo for a fun night!

 

What can I say apart from the fact I had the pleasure and honour to have an ambassador as guest for few nights to my place and to "come back anytime" and thanks for the good company and wine.
Paolo is a very trastful and positive person. I really enjoy his company even though I didn't have much time to dedicate him and Gosia.

we met in italy camping illegaly on the beach next to a real camping. it was really fun and we spent a lot of time drinking wine and chilling at the beach. he and his girlfriend are really lovely and easy-going.

 

Paolo is a very funny, active, positive and extremely crazy person with the funniest laugh I’ve ever heard! You can’t be bored one second while being around him because his laugh is sooo catching! We did a trip on his motor bike though whole Milan searching for a bar and I enjoyed the Italian way of driving or riding a motor bike :)

it was my first couchsurfing i did o paolones house, and it was a great start i think. he picked me up with his Hornet and went on a kind of private party and then we went to a reggae club which i loved!! I d like to meet this guy again because we didn t have the chance to talk a lot!!!!

I met Paolo at an aperitivo in Milan while I was surfing with one of his friends. He has a really warm and open-minded personality and seems to know the city well!

 

I was introduced to Paolo at Eszthers place on Friday the evening before the Milano picnic that he couldn't attend to.
Sunday we met again at the same place for a great swimpool meeting together with many other great people. Its fantastic to know great people like him and ofcourse you're always welcome to surf my couch in The Netherlands. And if you bring your motor I get on mine to and I can show some nice dutch spots.

I liked our moto night trip in Milano :) very nice person with greaaat smile i couldnt resist his smile, really :)) hope youre fine!

by coincidence i was in milano without a place to stay- and then after one mail he picked me up and saved my night- amazing. we spend a great evening with a lot of vino and a long conversation- the rest of the weekend was also a big fun with him and his freinds....
he got the spirit- cs needs to rock on- he is a perfect host and a lovely person

Paolone has the power to make you smile and feel comfortable in any situatuon: he's always optimistic, giving and polite and with a smile on his face. And he's also a real party animal! Definitely a must known person for any couchsurfer!!

Totally upbeat, just like his profile says, he is the most fun, entertaining, HUMOROUS person... Super knowledgeable about his environment. I give him FIVE STARS. . . I wish he owned a bed and breakfast so he had more space for more fun people!!! :D

Amazing time! A wonderful cook and entertainer, I couldn't have asked for more. Certainly exceeded any expectations. Thank you so much for inviting me to Galiga, and letting me stay in your house and the tent. I had an absolutely wonderful time and will certainly be coming back again one day. Expect me! ;)

wow....what can I say about Paolone?? He's great, fun and entertaining!

It was so sad to leave Paolo's place as we couldn't even spend the night, had to catch a plane. So we spent so little time together. Paolo was a great host even if for so short. It was very kind of him to give us a lift to the metro station, as we would have been in real trouble, maybe even missed our flight. We also had a chance to enjoy brunch in Paolo's home with so many italians it was agreat experience. Everyone being so friendly :). Hope we will have a chance to repeat this and get to know Paolo better, without us being tired so much, which resulted in us being a bad company :D. Next time we will come after actualy sleeping and full of energy ;)

 

Paolo you are a fantastic person, thank you very much for the time you spent in me, picking me up at the metro station after midnight whe yuo had to wake up very early on the following morning, I am really thankful.

I hope that I'd have the chance to host you some day, and of course host crazy Kasia aswell!

Paolone is my superherrro person. He has saved me 2-3 times from being stranded around various parts of Milano! COMPLETELY friendly with a heart of gold. When P is around, you will have a good time, because I am pretty sure good times just follow him around. ONE DAY PAOLONE, I will have a car and I will go around saving you, if you ever need to be saved :)

Paolo and his lion welcomed me in his cosy Italian Melrose place. He did everything he could to make my stay fantastic. And the cherry on the cake was the gig we attented together in a quite special way!! Anything you want to do, ask the BOSS PAOLO! I couldn't find a word to describe him. You're such fabulous. Paolo is a never-ending party, always around, ready to have fun, to joke, to stay up late with CS friends yet he gets up at 5.30am and smiles (or was it socialy adaptted yawning???) He works in a chemical lab where, as I suspect, he creates some high-potential elixirs to provide him all of that extraordinary energy that he spreads around generously. It's almost impossible to get him angry, I failled ;) It's far easier to make him laught and to laught with him! Warning: infectious good mood!

I only met him on the CS-Milano-aperetivo but it was really funny! Being there we didn't manage to find the CS-Group and too shy to ask around, so he found us. Knows were parties are and takes you there, unfortunately we were toooo tired from work. Very nice guy and I'm sure a great host!

I've met Paolone quite a few times during my stays in Milano and he was always up for partying - no matter if it was private or public! Thanks for picking me up from the trainstation ; ).

First of all be conscious that you're luckier than you think if it happened that searching for an host, you ended up to find his profile. And if he will be able to host you, be prepared for an amazing experience!
Working, volunteering, partying and taking drunk friends at home, he probably sleep 2 hours per night :) Damn, he is one of the most trustable person in Milan!!
Probably I'm of of the lukiest one 'cause we live in the same city and we can meet during severals CS meetings. Enjoy the "Paolone Experience" ;)

We met each other in a several meetings, aperitives and partys in Milan. He´s a great active membrer of couchsurfirng and of course trust worthy. He is talkactive and funny. See you soon.

 

Paolone is one of the greatest CSers around. He has plenty of good ideas, and generosity to give out. A great friend for partying and a bright and intelligent chat.It's not easy to survive Italian lunch with his family but it's definitely worth trying - I enjoyed it very much. He's very sweet, helpful, and intelligent. A great drinking buddy and a fresh soul. I look forward to more parties and catching-up.

I hosted Paolone during the festival of lights in Lyon, he brought some very nice italian food and I was delighted!
We had not much time to see each other because he was busy with that crazy CS program, but I hope to meet him again in Italy or France!

I met paolo few times at the Cs meetings, and one time i had the pleasure to be his guest in his nice house, i felt really comfortble with him, he's interesting,especially his work, you can talk of everything with hiim,and he've a great sense of humor...

I met Paolo because he was giving a ride to Neha, so we had dinner and wine, and lots of fun together =) He is really nice and funny! Im really happy CS is alowing me to get to know such good people! Im looking forward to going to Milan now!!

Quite calm at first, Paolo is really nice. Sweet blue eyes, warm smile, it was really good to share the Mi2 birthday and above all the Festival of Lights in Lyon with him. Even if he's Italian, he's still helpfull in the kitchen héhé. Nice guest! See you soon anywhere! ;)

Pablo is a funny person who likes to talk about the differences of the culture and enjoys traveling, he gave me some advices about my future trips, he's open minded, smily, good traveler, full of energy and always ready to party!

La verdad que este fin de semana no estaba yo muy animado pero aún asi recibi a paolone y stefania y no me arrepiento para nada, ya que ha sido un fin de semana interesante. When I came he saved me and Justyna - a girl that I met on the airport - she didnt have place to sleep. Half hour later (and about 20 people awake ;) Paolo found place for Justyna.
How can you not love him? ;)

First I fell in love to his cat (and I changed his name - sorry ;). Then I fell in love to his lovely apt (and broke the glass - again sorry;). At the end I fell in love to his hospitality. My first host. Couldnt be more Sweet and open for me. Unfortunately 3 days wasnt enough to party together, but it was enough to spent great night talking and drinking wine. It was wonderful time.
There's no way to feel uncomfortable at his place. He will care for you even more than for himself. I will miss all this!

Collecting us from a metro station at a cold, cloudy day, which was located somewhere in Milan, we stayed "2 nights" in his sweet, little apartment with a really good equipped kitchen (haven´t seen so many kitchenware in a bachelor´s flat;)). Being tired of the early flight, he prepared a tasty lunch to cocker us up for the afternoon tram party and a other event afterwards. Next time I hope I can catch up with his energy level.

He is really realy nice, he picked me up and cooked for me, really nice guy, unfortunately I stayed only a day, but guys, he is one of the best men that i have ever met

 

I met Paolo when I lived in Milan. We shared several meetings and parties. Now he become an important part of the Milan group. Very friendly and trustworthy!

 

Sadly never really had time to share long discussions, but a clear feeling of dealing with a great and helpful person. Looking forward to more, actually.

If you are always ready doing parties you have to visit Paolone! He is the person who are always take care about you. He is the best guide in Milan because he knows everything!

After months of getting to know each other via email, I finally had the privilege of meeting the kindest man that truly epitomizes everything that Couchsurfing should be. Paolo graciously opened up his home and took the time to reacquaint me with my one true love: Italia.

The man patiently endured my questions that always began with "Paolo, come si dice ..." and my paparazzi-like behavior. We shared many experiences that made me smile and laugh out loud, he taught me about GOOD Italian music / musicians, and I believe he has met his match when it comes to drinking bottle after bottle of wine.

Thank you so much for reacquainting me to my beloved Italia, making me smile, your friendship and all the wonderful experiences we shared. My door in Los Angeles will always be open for you ....

Good sense of humor, we had a great day at idroscalo in our Free Climbing experience. We need to train a little bit, don't you think?

Paolo is a lot of fun! He showed me and some friends around Milan and we all had a great time dancing with the lovely ladies at Bar Bianco in Milan. We should hang out again Paolo!

Paolo was a really great host. He went out with us and showed us a great time in Milan, going dancing with us until wee hours of the night, even though he had to work early the next morning! Does this guy ever get any sleep? He even volunteers his free time working on ambulances. He's got a big heart! I hope to see him again soon and spend more time with him!

the man and my trip to milan has inspired me to write poetry! paolo is awesome. he was attentive and kind. i felt very safe in this large city knowing he was there for me. i will see him again at some point in our lives.

We had so much fun at the aperitivi in Milan :-)) He's my mate for drinking mojito :-)) Poor guy, i almost killed him once when i tried to flick a mosquito off my shoulder and since he was sitting next to me and talking to me the insect ended up in his mouth :-)) As a revenge he made me laugh while i was trying to drink, which almost killed me as well :-)) Aperitivi,trips, parties, dinners, salsa dancing...great great memories!!!!

Paolo is a great host, he always takes good care of his guests, at least I think so since I met quite a few of them. Paolo's birthday was really fun, once we found the place, although there was no water :-( But Paolo is great fun, really funny, and there is never a dull moment. Next year, you have to have a pool party, so I can come and swim!

Paolo was a wonderful host. He picked us up at the train station during rush hour, and let us crash on his two small but surprisingly comfortable couches. He took us out with many of his CS friends. Although I havn't spent such a lot of time with Paolo, from what i can tell he is such a lovely guy and makes me laugh! He is enthusiastic & i am energised just being around him!

I came to Milan unexpectedly, like usual what. This was my first CS experience and I absolutely loved it. I loved Milan for its unique feature of having man better dressed than girls, beautiful architecture and Paolo and his friends....

Paolo helped to make my experience in Milano a great one. He was fun, friendly, and kind. It was such a pleasure to talk to him and to attend two Couchsurfing events with him while I was traveling in Italy. You are wonderful!

Paolo is great! He's a person who likes friendship and each other. He guess very much on CS project and I think that is another "pillar" about CS Milan.
I'd like suggesting to all people that want host him or that search a couch in Milan.

I meet him drinking my limoncello. After we go to a dancing club with other couchsurfers. He like dance and he likes to stay between tall girls... ;)

Paolo and I had a really good time together in Cracow! He's such a nice, funny, cheerful and easy-going person:) and very generous - he brought for me some chianti, parmiggiano and olives and made me feel like I was in Italy:) it was a lot of fun to hang out with Paolo!

Paolo was a great host, really helpful and went out of his way to make sure that i had a great time while in milan. he`s one of those guys that likes to keep himself busy with all kinds of interesting stuff, from helping injured people to hopping from pub to pub.
