Matthew Johnson

 

Matthew is a really likeable, mellow down-to-earth guy. He's a great cook, shares a lovely apartment with his partner Shelia, and appreciates a good Belgium beer and bad B rated films...what more can one ask for in a couchsurfing friend? :p

 

Matt is a lay back guy. Enjoy going to his place trying to spin records, having drinks, watching movies or just chilling talking to him and Shelia. I will be friends with these guys for a long time.

Great guy... Knows how to party. Prob the only one that made sure everyone made it to the bar. Can't wait to hang out again!

 

Matt is great, he was on my puzzle team and we all worked pretty well together. Matt and Sheila are a great, friendly, hospitable duo full of great energy and unique concepts to bring the community together. Keep wearing your smile!

 

We've meet for a couple of drinks in LA. Cool guy with a great sense of humour. Hope to meet up again.

Matthew and Shelia are Epic travelers you have to know. They know how to entertain as much as they party. Smarted, educated, well traveled and CS friendly. You don't want to miss any of their parties!!!!!

 

Matthew is down to earth, easy to get along with and loads of fun. He is a fantastic dj, doctor, and friend. I don't know how many times I've crashed on his and sheila's couch after partying. He puts up with me scaring his cat with my hula hoop and my half naked performances.

Matthew is a gentle soul. He is positive and enjoys life. He loves to cook exotic meals.

We got to know each other over discussions on merits of Jane Fonda yoga and whether SpongeBob has bones. Matthew and Sheila are great fun... awesome people I look fwd to seeing again.

 

I stayed at Matt's home in my first couchsurfing experience. We had some fun at night with his brother and friends. Certainly, Matt, Sheyla and their cat are a good company.

Matthew rocks. Don’t let his suave looks deceive you. He is probably smarter than the average bear (which doesn’t say much, but that’s for you to decide). He has excellent taste in whiskey, a diverse taste in music and dances all night. I think there is a shortage of straight male dancers, so he gets bonus points. If I stay over their place, he lets me clean without any complaints. How about that? Ha!

 

One soulful brother who I love partying with...the white James Brown if I may say! Always welcoming when I'm at their place and when were out causing havoc in the city!

 

I did not get to talk to Matthew that much (we were a lot of people at La Quincaillerie) but he seemed to be a great person, really interested in Montreal, and getting ready to party at the Mutek festival.

Matthew and Sheila were so much fun! A real pleasure to host them for the Mutek Festival! Really easy going, sociable and nice! It was a pleasure to host you! He knows a lot about electronic music...and smelly cheese!!Take care!

 

I surfed five nights with Sheila & Matt while in Boston! They are one crazy couple I wanna keep as friends :) Matt is really fun to be around and party with. He can be a pretty good DJ and pulls out some decent mixes... ;) Hope to see you soon again!

He's a DJ, a DR and a de-lightful person. Hahaha that was lame but whatever, Matt's a great guy!

I met him in Cs Party at Jesse's house in Somerville! Oh, he's a doctor - pain doctor! So, yeah we just had a great comversation together because I'm learning in healthcare as well! Alright, I think we can make the business together lol :) It was really nice to meet him!

Dr. Johnson is a good guy. We have hung out a few times..Matt used to live down the street from me and now lives in acity i want to visit(CS is great..), likes Moustaches, Lives with Sheila, and saves peoples lives...good stuff...

Matthew was a very gracious, chill host. He introduced me to a great jazz club 'round the corner from his place, spun some great selections from his vinyl collection, and shared wonderful stories and observations about Boston, Long Beach, and life throughout the evening.

 

Matt is the man!!! We had a lot of fun with Matt and Sheila. They are full of energy and great to hang out with. We laughed a lot and had some great ethnic dinners. We can't wait till you move to Boston!!!

We met at a Bostonian Club. Intelligent, easy-going, nice person. Coming from California, he's certainly an asset for Boston.
