Seby is a very smart and relaxed guy, had some interesting chats with him. I certainly look forward to meeting him again.

Pretty relax guy, geeky like me :). Enjoys good music, dancing on a table or a chair and making fun on dizzy people...

I met Seby at the Annual Cs meeting...He was one of the organisers, and I think that was one of the best CS meetings ever.(It's my first one, so in advance... :) ) See you soon my friend, and whenever you come to Cluj or Maramures, just whistle...

 

Seby is a great guy and a good organiser. I felt him very close as I have known him for a long time. Both of us are talkative and wasn't a problem to have a lot of chats. He helps you every time and seems to be never tired. Such a energy is very hard not to touch you and stay far away from him who is the soul of the party. He spiced many moments from the Romanian Spring Camp. Also has a great sense of humor:D. Just wait to meet him again.

Very good CS organisator, and so nice person! He ve welcomed me for two days in his home, near Brasov. He knows so much langages and have a huge CS experience! I wait you in Bask country my friend Sebi...

Seby is really in the spirit of the club!!!!We can already organise old-school gathering!!

 

I met Seby in winter 06/07 in CS chat... Now when Ashley and me had problems to find a host in Brasov (je lives close outside the city) he offered to host us for 2 nights... We are tired both nights and he was busy with work and configurating his new Computer, still we had nice chats. Hope to meet Seby again, keep in touch! Thanks for the hosting!

Seby hosted Caspar and me when we were in Brasov. He was a really nice host, and even though he was busy with work and we were tired, we still had some good talks and it was fun hanging out with him. I would definitely surf with him again and I hope to see him soon at the Black Sea Camp!

 

I surfed Sebys couch fter I had just mailed him some questiosn and he agreed to host me which I wasnt even asking for:-) But it ended up being a nice experience with a hospitable person who goes for a party and introduces you to hist friends. He is well connected and helped me to find a place in another town too. I am sure we will stay in contact. You are welcome to surf my couch when I am settled!

I stayed with Seb for a couple of days three years ago. There was an American guest at his place while I was there, and we all had a fun and memorable time together. He helped me out alot during my stay. He was actually the person that introduced me to couchsurfing, for which I'm very grateful. He even trusted me enought to vouch for me to increase me chances of finding a host. If you're ever in Brasov, write Seb a mail. He loves helping people out. Great guy! Thanks!

just when we were planning to get on the road, we got a message from seby telling us there would be a small brasov meeting and that i should come, and so come i did. we succeeded in turning two people onto couchsurfing and after going crazy karaoke-style we squeezed ourselves into the smallest street in europe, running away from bears and cats. Seby is what the couchsurfing spirit is all about!

 

Sebi is a very nice guy that made me feel very welcome. I changes my scuedule a few times but that was never any problems. He took me to a local resturang that was very nice...and it was cheap:)
We also went out a few times for a drink with his friends, witch was great.
You have to practice your swedish more before you'll visit me in Sweden :D

How could I forget to leave a seby a reference? I arrived in bucharest, signed on to cs chat, and an hour later he and I had planned out my next couple weeks, and that included a memorable visit with him. it's true what he says about being outgoing: we tried to befriend several other foreigners on the bus. he isn't just the persona of cs brasov, but the persona of cs!

Seby is a country ambassador what more can I add? He is the soul/head/smile THE PERSONA of Cs Brasov. So welcoming and generous. I feel I have made a friend for life and who knows maybe a business partner too :P. You should visit Brasov, is a lovely city, just drawn out of a fairy-tale. Wish you all the best with your new plans Seby. I am definetely going to be around :D

I spent a funny night with Seby & his friend Alex(also member of couchsurfing). The next day we went to make a beautiful trip around Brasov. Sinaia, Bran... Thanks a lot Seby!

Sebi is an interesting guy. He talks a lot and he likes to organise things like parties or meetings (if you really want to see him in action you should try the CouchSurfing Meeting in March - Sinaia). He has a lot of friends because, as he said, he's a very talkative person. If you pass through Brasov and meet Sebi you will definitely go to Paris Panam a bar in the old center of the city. From there you can actualy go anywhere. We don't know about Sebi the things he doesn't like. And you know...if you get to know a person realy good you have to find out what bothers him. But, as a romanian proverb sais, the time is not lost yet.

 

Seb is really very helpful and a blast to talk to!
I really enjoy our chats and hope we can meet up sometime soon!!!!!!!!!!

After several months of talking to Sebi, I truly appreciate all that he does and everything he rocks out on! He has some great ideas and drive. I am still loving his sassy side and amazing sense of humor. He is a superstar in my book! xoxo Seb just rocks my socks right off!

Ok let's say neutral, because the first part was positive. But the other was really strange and negative, tiring and expensive...
Ha was kind with us, because he came for us to the downtown, we drank a beer with some other CSurfers in Brasov so that was OK.
We said him that we should know if he can host us or not, in order to have time to find a nice place we like to stay. Actually we felt that something is not OK with hosting us for him, but he said finally that its OK, he can host us, so OK, all right, we went to his parents flat and to his very small room together.
And left about 11 o'clock, because he said us to sleep in a sofa, OK, but imagine: he said they will work there with his - quite strange - boyfriend all over the night on computer about 50 cm far from the sofa, because they have job, and they are usually not sleepy all over the night. Actually maybe they had no place where to sleep in that room. It was very strange and would've been funny for us, if it wouldn't be so-so late. If he had told us the situation, we shouldn't need to stay in a really stupid hotel for almost 100 Euro in the city...

Seby and his friends made me very welcome in Brasov, showed me some excellent bars and introduced me to Romanian karaoke lol

Seby helped us on the railway station and on the way to the youth hostel. Later we went out to a karaoke bar and tasted some special beer. It was funny with him!

Sebi is a very lovely person, smart, kind and a great host. I admire his language skills, he speaks perfect English, French, Hungarian and Romanian.
I had spent wonderful 3 days with him in Brasov, Râşnov, Bran, Moeciu, Transfogarasan and also hosted him in Sf. Gheorghe. I am so thankful to him to show me hidden places in the beautiful Carpathian mountains. I hope he will always be my friend.

 

This guy helped me to experience one of my highest views of the world so far. Fagarasan mountains in The Carpatians.
We got there and he suggested that we would climb up the last 300 some meters to the mountain ridge to get a better view. Stupid me gets into the idea which I suffered for the day after. Not only did my shoes totaly collapse on this trip and climb but also my legs wouldnt obey me the next day, but it was definetly worth it! Thanks! Hope to see you soon again!

I am impressed by the number of languages that he can talk.Just met him in person but i think he is a very interting guy to discover.Thanks for your help and I will come back with a comment when I feel like knowing you better.

 

Sebi is a great guy, very talkative and fun to chat with. He came twice to the campsite to drink some beers and wine while we were camping in Brasov.

 

Sebi generously hosted me and Steven for a couple of nights in his home near Brasov. He also showed us around, recommended places to eat and drink, went out with us and generally helped out in any way he could. Moreover he's quite an interesting guy to talk to, and overall we had a good time during our stay there. Thanks! Catch you in some big CS meeting I'm sure. :^)

 

Seby is a great guy with an impressive knowledge of many languages. He even accepted to appear on my documentary, sharing his view of Europe in front of the camera. Great people in a great place I wish to come and visit again, or host if they come to France or Amsterdam :)

 

Sebi - happy to meet you every time possible!!! welcome to Bucharest! we met at Sinaia, where i had the surprise to see him with all his computer with him. i think we are alike a lot: as i'm with mobiles, he's with computers! he is a trusty & correct person, and he always thinks about other ppl, and he is a perfectionist in doing-things.
he has as same good principles & values as i do and we got along so very well.
he is very straight and open-minded person and always likes to keep his word. don't miss to meet him, even if it is for just a coffee or an entire night!!!
he visited me in bucharest, really great time together!
even till today we are good friends and we keep hosting each other! will be my turn soon to visit him!

Great times with Seby, this guy is full of energy and life, and boy, can he talk:) We spent an awesome day in some remote part of Bran in his friend Alexs' grandparents home. It was an experience no amount of money can buy, simply amazing.

I admire his dedication to couchsurfing and efforts to make it better for all...it was a real pleasure to meet him.

 

Sebi was one of the most attentive hosts I've ever had :D He really looked after my every need and tried to make sure I was comfortable in every way...

Sebi is also incredibly active in CS, an excellent Ambassador for Romania and very focussed on continuing the creation of our wonderful Couchsurfing Project...

He took me on a hiking trip up Piatra Mare(1800m)... It was a wonderful day of drinking fresh spring water and wishing we had brought sandwiches :) Definitely one of the greatest experiences of this journey so far...

We walked around brasov,did 'free-hugs' on the street,and had gathering in Crystal's house.. Very good memory in Barsov!!

Seb came to my place and together we've been surfing also for like a week and i absolutely had a great time with him!

 

First we met through chat and during my Balkan trip he hosted me at his place for 2 nights. I was a real pleasure to meet Seby in real after such a long time and to get to know the person behind the text screen. Seby is an easy going and openminded guy with a golden heart and definitely an added value for the CS project.
One month later, he came to Brussels where I hosted him for one night. A few days later we met again for a mini meeting in Leuven.

really nice guy!!! we met in cologne after long msn chat! i even though he wouldn't be able to make it we didn't had lot of time in köln but a week later we spend a wesome evening in aachen with one of his best friend. he even came by walk to pick me at aachen hbf. really a good friend and i defenitly can't wait to meet him again.

We had the pleasure of running into Seby and Toon on Willems couch in Rotterdam, There both really great funny guys and we enjoyed our chats with them!! your welcome on our couch - when we find one that is!!!

Sebi and Toon were great guests! Thanx for the good time, enjoy Normandy and thanx for the CD - we played it the day after :)

Seby brings a lot of culture into a group. He definitively had a lot of knowledge on interesting topics and an easy way of sharing it which is very enjoyable! It was fun looking at those windmills :) !

I usually don't leave references for people I only met briefly, but Seby really was a great host, who - despite being tired and having to work the next day - arranged a nice evening for us and was very hospitable.

Seby organized the meeting we first met! :) He was very friendly, warm, open minded and taking care everybody has a good time! :) I'm sure he is a great host, also! ;;)

just sebi! so we talk a lot on msn , but we met finally in his beautiful city ina snowy day and he is a really nice guy. he is a trust person and he try to make his guests to feel as good as he can offer them. as i supose before meeting him , he is a very sensitive guy and he always think to other ppl, he likes to get involve in everything he do and to make it good. we went with him out and a friend and it was fun as they always have smth to talk about. he tried to help us as much as we need and be around all the time.in some parts he is like a kid with so much trust in humans and so many dreams , but i think is ok like this.hehehe! so don;t loose the oportunity to meet him cause he is really nice person! and always keep his word.

Seby has been the perfect host for us, he gave us good advices on what was best to visit and he gave us a big hand to find accomodation for the rest of our trip. He is also a perfect turist guide of Brasov. plus, it was great fun to run away from the ticket man with him :))

Seby was cool. He met us in Brasov and took us around to a nice pub and restaurant and a bit of a tour. Was nice to meet some locals.

Seby sent me a message through couch surfing - that was pretty cool being that I was new and all. We met and I brought in a couple of friends. Had a great time, Seby was very cool to us, showing us around the place. He's a knowledgeable guy too, good history facts and stuff. You can see he loves meeting people and just travelling. Very nice experience with him! Cheers mate, hope I see you in the future (you can always bumo into my house in chile!)

Sebi is an expert CS'r as you can tell by all of his friends/references! You will have a great time surfing with/hosting him! He is a great host and very fun to party and hang out with. We also had what I think was the world's biggest pizza when I stayed with him!! And since we are both apparetly fashion victims, who like to stay up late, party, and are addicted to our computers, we had more than enough in common, and got along very well! Sebi, man, I wish you could come to London in April, but either way, I will hopefully be coming back to Romania sometime soon! I miss it there.

After Vama Veche meeting I spent a weekend in Ploiesti with some friends, and he visited us there. Nice guy, hope to see him again

We met a few days ago, and I was positively impressed by the friendly attitude he had towards all of us. Speaks several languages and has very interesting stories to tell! Great knowing you, Seby! Keep in touch!

it was good to finaly meet such an active member. we had a small talk and hopefully we'll have time for a discution at the next meeting / party.

he's one of my best friends:D. YEah me and Sebi we went to same high school - and had a really good time back then,loads of parties and funny stuff at his house sometimes ,other times in the pubs or clubs - now it's a bit dificult to go out as we have so different activities and we hardly meet up that often so anytime we meet in the weekend it's bringing the roof down,LOL:)
I do trust him with my life and he is my best friend so...

I met seb on the chat, get really good time laughing with him on the chat.
He invited me at his place. It was a cool, and really I enjoyed my time with him. (except that he arrived 4 hours late at the train station he was suppose to take me at, and didn't call or hang up when i was calling me :p) but all in all it was ok.

The things turned wrong after,
and here are the reasons which make me let him a bad reference:

- I was suppose to host him this christmas. and Smi and were doing our best to host him during christmas time... and at the top of the rush to plan everything Seb didn't show up the day he should have, but turn to be unreachable for a week. Which is really a bad behavior when you re taking the shit out of you to host him.

- He blocked me, deleted me from his friend (i was a good friend for him), and the only reason i get for that was:
I am a selfish person, and that I didn't vouch him. (I didn't cause i don't think he trustable in terms of organisation regarding CS) I considered him as friend, I didn't not vouch him for personal reasons).

- He spread bad rumours (to at least one of my friend) telling about me I had sex with the big boss's daughter of my previous job, and that I sent a mail to the entire compagny.
Spreading rumours like this one without checking them first might be really bad for the people involved.

- And keep sending me friend request and deleting them before i get the time to even read one of them.

Sebi was great. He greeted me warmly, and took me in. His mother is a surpurbe cook as well! He showed me Brasov by day, and night. He also showed me a lot about himself. I saw his many sides, and will remain friends with Seb for life. Thanks again Seb. You're a true CouchSurfing extrodaniare!

Sebi is a great host, knows the best places to go in Brasov, where you can have a good drink and a great conversation, is very enthusiastic about involving himself in the CS project, laughs, makes jokes and, yeah, he's got blue eyes!!! :))

Sebi's a very friendly and hospitable guy. He's a great tour guide and organiser.

Eger to help. Sebi was more then hospitable to me. We hung out all over Brasov and he told me all about traveling to France and such. Good kid, very accomidating. Though we left on a bad note, I would recommend Sebi as a host or guest. He is certainly trustworthy.

Sebi, Sebi... is a really nice and interesting guy. His hosting quality was very good (I stayed one more night than it was planned and I'm thankful for that too) and I really liked the idea of going to Sighisoara instead of Bran... Thumbs up!

What else to say? I really hope we meet some other time Sebi because I think we can have a lot of great talks and nice time together (being serious as well as stupid jokes ;)).

This was just a short time at his place so I will not say I know him well but I felt very comfortable with him: it is for me a sign that we could develop a friendship out of this.

I just can't describe how awesome of a time I had staying with Seb in Sacele! Through CS he convinced me I needed to take a detour on my first international trip to visit Romania, and looking back I can't imagine missing the phenomenal experience. Seb was great! He showed my roommate and I around, took us to this great little bar a couple of times, and I loved the pizza!!! We also checked out a cool Romanian band at their Spring Festival in the town square. If anyone is in the area, they can't afford not to meet up with Seb.

Sebi is a great guy. A bit cool, but still very nice to know. Ooooh and his mother makes great cakes and pancakes.

he's sweet!!! i've met him sooner than i thought. he came to Bucharest and we've walked and talked for a while. u could see the pics. he's an easygoing person and trustworthy. so maybe i didn't expect him to be interested in History, geography or foreign languages... basicly u could talk to him about anything. for a few hours we've been to Vera's(Gopo) place and listened to all sorts of music.it was nice. If u get to meet Sebi, ask him about "Les 2 minutes du peuple"... u'll get a story there.

Brasov. I meet Sebi in Brasov with other HC and CS members. We had a good night around a beer and it was nice to chat with him. Then, he showed me all around Brasov. It was really nice to chat with you and hope we will have the chance to meet again somewhere. Thanks for everything!

this guy has the best ass dance I have ever seen, he's ready to take his shirt off when the occasion presents itself....and to be honnest with you, he jsut organises damn good parties! This is a guy who will go out of the way for you, whether it's coffee or beer or an appartment for a week!

He even talks to coppers... The most fantastic guide you could as for, and one of the most helpful people i've come across. Was even happy to waste an afternoon hunting for police stations and translating after i had my wallet stolen. If your ever in the Brasov area, talk to Seb. However, take his note about avoiding him around exam times seriously. It's just not worth it.

We met in Bucharest, 2005. "We met in Bucharest, at a friend's house. Seb is a nice, enthusiastic person, very pleasant to talk with him.We had some nice time together."

Cool guy, must know! I met Sebi several times, and he is reaaly cool, honest, friendly guy. We went out for a drink, I spent a night at his place and we went to fly (unfortunately the weather didn't want us to fly). And I guess we'll meet often :)
It was funny, that after several phone and personal conversation in English it turned out that he speaks Hungarian :)

A great CS ambassador! Sebestian couldn't host me but did meet me at the station and take me to a hostel. Later in my stay we met for a few drinks and had a great night out on the town. Thanks for making my stay in Brasov enjoyable.
