Personal DescriptionI left the USA back in 2000 and have been living abroad and traveling nonstop ever since: 4 1/2 years in Asia, 1 year in Oceania and almost 2 years moving around Europe, 15 months in Southern Africa, and I'm still surprised by every new place I visit. Life is a little more interesting when you don't know what is going to happen next year / next week / tomorrow.CouchSurfing ExperienceI wandered across expensive Japan without ever having to pay for a hotel room, thanks to the generosity of the locals and expats there. And, in 2005, I saw Europe by bicycle, thanks to a great deal of assistance from members of this site. Hosted for a while in '06 in Vietnam.InterestsMy love is the arts, which is kind of a shame because my own artistic talent is laughable. Still, creativity, expressiveness, style, originality -- these to me are what makes life beautiful, and worth the effort.Philosophy"[My] career advice echoes the political advice offered by Benjamin Franklin: whenever you are faced with a choice between liberty and security, choose liberty. Otherwise you will end up with neither. People who sell their souls for the promise of a secure job and a secure salary are spat out as soon as they become dispensable. The more loyal to an institution you are, the more exploitable, and ultimately expendable, you become .... When faced with the choice between engaging with reality or engaging with what Erich Fromm calls the "necrophiliac" world of wealth and power, choose life, whatever the apparent costs may be. Your peers might at first look down on you: poor Nina, she's twenty-six and she still doesn't own a car. But those who have put wealth and power above life are living in the world of death, in which the living put their tombstones - their framed certificates signifying acceptance to that world - upon their walls." -George MonbiotMusic, Movies, BooksI abhor a cliche so anything original, inspired, even incendiary, is likely to keep me interested. Therefore for music (my first love), I grew up on the Manic Street Preachers, NIN, Public Enemy, Eminem and Marilyn Manson, which is not to discount more groovy & low-key stuff by Massive Attack, Portishead, Air, even the odd Philip Glass score once in a while, or jazz. I also loved the old Bjork, Tori Amos, P.J. Harvey, Nick Cave, Pulp ... it's just a damn shame that nearly everyone on this list sucks now. Bring on Immortal Technique!
I usually go for indie movies because Hollywood gets it right only about 5% of the time. Favorites include the usual classics as well as Before Sunrise, Swingers, Magnolia, Amelie, South Park, Kundun, Syriana, Memento, Borat, Eternal Sunshine ... and Stewart & Colbert on TV whenever possible. And of course, Charlie the Unicorn rocks my world.
I read like a madman, and lately I've gotten my kicks from Jonathan Franzen's 'The Corrections', Norman Mailer's 'The Executioner's Song', Vikram Seth's 'A Suitable Boy', Cervantes' 'Don Quixote', Irene Nemirovsky's "Suite Francaise" and just about anything by Welsh, Orwell, Wodehouse, de Bernieres, Tim O'Brien, Raymond Carver, Tobias Wolff, Ha Jin, Cormac McCarthy, W. Somerset Maugham, Ian McEwan, Orhan Pamuk & a whole lot more.
On the more scholarly side, I go for Pinker, Dawkins, Matt Ridley & Dan Dennett (science), Pilger, Monbiot, the boys at MediaLens and CounterPunch, Herman & Chomsky, Palast, Robert Fisk and Jonathan Cook, Paul Craig Roberts, etc.
See here for a more complete list.Types of People I enjoyAnyone whose idea of a good time is a nice, relaxed six-hour cup of coffee, accompanied by conversation about everything under the sun.Teach, Learn, SharePractical skills: Staying afloat for years in countries where I speak nothing of the language.
Esoteric knowledge: I can answer most reasonable questions on evolution and human nature, and I'm not a bad source for general questions about politics, economics or history in the past few hundred years. I'd also say I'm pretty knowledgeable about literature and popular art. Try me.
Also, see all of my CS message board posts, attached to my website. One Amazing Thing I've Seen or DoneSo many things. Working in Hawaii and Asia, seeing Angkor Wat in Cambodia, Shwe Dagon, Mawlamyine and Bagan city in Myanmar, the Taj Mahal, backpacking around most of Asia, living in Japan, camping on Cape York in Australia, bicycling around Western Europe on a 5-month adventure, cruising around the Middle East and the Arctic on a ship, skinny-dipping with 3 CSers in a South African mountain river, sailing by catamaran to Madagascar, and working in Soweto. Still, the best of the bunch so far may just be trekking around the Annapurnas in Nepal. I'll be back there very soon ...Opinion on the CouchSurfing.org ProjectLoving it!
I'd like to give a special, enormous thank-you to my European hosts in 2009 who took special care of me at a time when I really needed it. You guys are truly my heroes, and this meant the world to me.

From Anubhav Khandelwal Los Angeles, United States May 20, 2009 Positive He had a tough time saying my name but seems like a cool person to me !
From Lionel Vinuales Madrid, Spain May 15, 2009 Positive I wish you had stayed with us a little longer, Steve. You have lived so many experiences that letting you go after only two nights left me with a feeling of hunger - hunger for knowledge.
I guess that is what happens when you meet someone interesting, but it is kind of frustrating. After you left we couldn´t stop talking about how nice, wise and funny you are( I would even say sexy, but couchsurfing is not for dating=))
We have to meet again, awesome human being.
Cheers=)
From Gaelle Viñuales Madrid, Spain May 8, 2009 Positive Hello!!!

He travelled in a lot of different places and we watched interesting videos on Youtube!!!!Especially documentaries and Charlie and the Unicorn!!!
Big kisses from Madrid...
From Maïlys Amrous Montrouge, France May 7, 2009 Positive I met steeve while couchurfing in madrid, we were hosted by the same personns. He was ever so polite and funny and fascinating, one cannot meet him and not immediately wish to become a traveller.
From t0ma5 San Miguel de Tucuman, Argentina Apr 14, 2009 Positive Steve was my step bro for 5 days when both of us were adopted and spoiled by Jadran and his big family in Opuzen, Croatia :) - Great guy, full of experiences and stories to tell, just sit and enjoy.
From Jadran Kapovic Opuzen, Croatia Apr 14, 2009 Positive This guy...This amazing incredible guy... You got to love this guy.. person that i consider one of the most intelligent and most wide in thinking. A person that made me look things from different perspective and widened my mind in so many ways. Consider him my brother cause of his trustful, honest, amazing attitude and his pure soul. He officially became a part of my family and i need 1500 characters to say everything i can bout this special super human with tendency to become a banana king one day.
From Thomas Love Perko Zagreb, Croatia Apr 4, 2009 Positive Charlie! :)
Steve is a unique man. As soon as I read his profile I had no doubt that I will host him, even though he wrote me a request in last minute...and as many times so far, my instinct was right! :)
He's a guy that left his "home" 9 years ago and been living to the fullest since. Smart conversations, knowledge about almost everything, same sense of humor, modest, not picky at all, just a great company.
I have no doubt that we'll meet again, my friend.
From Adam Endres Zurich, Switzerland Mar 12, 2009 Positive I challenge you to meet a more interesting fellow than Steve. I feel like I only scratched the surface of all the great travel/life experiences he has stockpiled somewhere in his brain. He was a great guest, and I look forward to hearing where he ends up next, and reading about his travel adventures when he gets published one day.
From Bart Jansen Zwolle, Netherlands Feb 22, 2009 Positive Steve's a good guy. I met him in the Cameron Highlands, Malaysia and we travelled together for a couple of days.
From Srikant Singh Johannesburg, South Africa Jan 17, 2009 Positive Steve is an honest man with lots of questions.Has great interest in various culture and is an interesting person to converse with. He appears calm but beware..... :)
From Michael Schneider Chimoio, Mozambique Jan 13, 2009 Positive Steve is a very friendly and helpful guy. Whenever he knocks on your door, let him in, and you can listen to great globetrotter stories. We had lots of fun and he helped me to write a detailed motivation letter for a potential job application. Steve, I will never forget your help and I will inform you, when I get this special job. :-)
From Naomi Roux Johannesburg, South Africa Jan 11, 2009 Positive Steve has a truly adventurous spirit, a ton of great travel stories, and a lovely dry sense of humour. Of course, he completely ruined his sophisticated-world-traveller credentials by getting all excited about my MacGyver DVD's... which makes him all right in my book.
(Edit: but then he regained them by eating worms and tripe, jumping off a really high tower with me and wrestling leopards in the Kruger Park. Don't be fooled by the mild-mannered alter ego.)
From Ivo Iliev Johannesburg, South Africa Jan 8, 2009 Positive I've hosted Steve for the NYE 2009 and a few nights after. Steve joined us for a small house party where we had good Turkish food and had drunken conversation about art, we also spend a day at Johannesburg airport, which was "soooo much fun" :-) Steve is quiet, respectful and has a way of saying things, he is a twin soul in his usage of dry sarcastic sense of humour. Tnx to Steve I've expanded my library and have a few extra books on my "to read" list. Steve, you are always welcome back...
From Molote Masilo Johannesburg, South Africa Dec 20, 2008 Positive I believe Steve & I may have met earlier before Meru's do in Soweto. Nonetheless we enjoyed a decent afternoon in Jozi-Soweto, playing fuse ball, downing a few cold ones, playing soccer and yeah enjoying the good old South African BRAAI. We'll hopefully meet again sometime and share the little pleasures of being Earthlings! Happy travels mister!
From Jeremy Marie Rouen, France Oct 14, 2008 Positive After 8 years of travel, i finally cross the path of Steve in Tanzania and Malawi. Straight away, the discussion were interesting at the highest point. Steve is a spring were the useful informations and funny stories are running out. From SAMSON MUNAHI Bujumbura, Burundi Sep 17, 2008 Positive He is a very kind and highly intelligent guest: I was very happy to have him in my family and talk with him of any kind of subject,I have showed him around Bujumbura and He teached me many things during our time together; I can not find a good definition on his personne,I can say only that he is a minds opener.
From Sean Kolk Atlanta, United States Sep 16, 2008 Positive A great rondome encounter, maybe we'll meet up again in Malawi! Very different view poitns on the world which always creates discussion and broadens horizons
From Tulio Mateo Kigali, Rwanda Sep 2, 2008 Positive Steve was able to enjoy the time in the house even when I was busy. We had a mini-dinner the first night with a vegetarian cake made by my housemates, and he had long chats with them. He also helped me with the use of english prepositions... Very independent person!
From Juan-n-Ognen Waski Budapest, Hungary Aug 6, 2008 Positive Running into creative and unique people like Steve is a major reason why we enjoy CS and travel in general. We're glad our paths crossed in Tanzania and hope they'll do so again wherever. We were also honored to serve as Steve's official safari photogtaphers, documenting his whiskey exploits with many wild beasts.
From Joel Odhiambo Nairobi, Kenya Jul 23, 2008 Positive Steve is a positive minded guy who realy loves to explore the world and listen to other peoples point of view when it comes to life issues...Steve mchizi kichizi kama ndizi
From PANGALO Moshi, Tanzania Jul 19, 2008 Positive It was a fun night though briefly...it was a CS members night in Moshi for it was a group of seven, Callerame is open minded and i learnt alot about his home country from him.He is a person who will challege you for what you believe in.Am happy i got a chance meeting you
From Eva Moller Eskilstuna, Sweden Jul 17, 2008 Positive Steve is a really cool person, intelligent and very interesting to talk to. You just want to learn more about him and his experiences and thoughts on life.
From Mathieu Le Corre Antananarivo, Madagascar Jun 20, 2008 Positive It is unfortunate that I was not able to get out and about with Steve as much as I would have wanted to - he came around during a busy week. We did have long, winding and interesting discussions ranging from the litterary to the political...
Talking of his travels has made see that some of my crazy travel ideas may turn out feasible...
So Steve: thanks for the conversation, thanks for the pasta sandwiches and happy travelling. I hope to get together sometime for a beer and an other discussion on that gentleman's wager!
From Karl Marais Durban, South Africa May 5, 2008 Positive good guy enjoyed the chats we had
From Kate Knudson Maseru, Lesotho Apr 15, 2008 Positive He stayed with me for a couple days and I couldn't have asked for a better time! He is one of the most interesting and cool people I've met thus far. There will always be a couch for him at my place!
From Mark Edwards Durban, South Africa Apr 7, 2008 Positive steve is a super rad guy. He has loads of cool stories and he is fun to hang around. and i would let him crash at my place anytime
From Cole Sisson San Juans Islands, United States Apr 2, 2008 Positive Steve is one of the most unique people I have ever encountered, I believe that perhaps he is a wandering sage in disguise. We all have stories, he has novels. A very fun guy to hang out with, I'm still tracking down the list of books he created for my reading pleasure. There will be oil....
From Patience Mbhele Pretoria, South Africa Apr 1, 2008 Positive
Well It was one of those meetings that , you just clicked! , I just thought he could understand and "feel" me on another level, I would really like to meet him again , he is quite intresting, i met him at Maruska's B'thday party in Soweto..... Dude if you ever in Pretoria drop me a line i would like to have a drink with you.
From RIVONIA BURRELL Pretoria, South Africa Apr 1, 2008 Positive yes yes yes we met! But now that i read all the marvelous comments from his references i feel ill. They just about used up every possible description available to me to decribe this dude. He is nice, friendly and i guess all i can say is he is open-open-open. He is not and will not be defined by any rules, he gives new meaning to the term "FLEXIBLE". Hope our paths will cross again and have fun in Swaziland.
From Meruschka Pretoria, South Africa Mar 25, 2008 Positive We met for drinks a couple of times in Cape Town. Then I hosted him when he was in Jozi. Steve is well-travelled, well-read and well, a good guest. I want to be Steve! He's got the secret to long-term travelling. International man of mystery! Genuine guy.
From Monica Antonazzo Asheville, United States Mar 3, 2008 Positive Steve has great travelling experience, and lots of wisdom and amusing tales to share. He's a great guy to host, and I'm sure he'll be a good host wherever he lands next!
From Nichol Shipley Denver, United States Feb 28, 2008 Positive Steve was an awesome guest. He has some great stories and has inspired me to travel more when I'm finished with my time in Lesotho. Hopefully we can meet up again in Easter Europe!
From Carol Surya Oosterbroek Knysna, South Africa Dec 24, 2007 Positive Steve struck me as a great guy who is not only highly intelligent but also respectful and grateful! I showed him around Knysna for a few hours one day -we chatted up a storm and then helped him out two days later regarding some logistics of his travel situation! In return he insisted on buying me hot chocolate & two books which I fancied!
From Michael Ricer Duesseldorf, Germany Dec 10, 2007 Positive I was impressed about Steves openness to talk so free about US policy. He is a guy with a beautiful philosophy and he transmits a lot of positive energy. Thank you for that! Trust me Steve, we will see us again…
From CAPE-GIRL Cape Town, South Africa Dec 5, 2007 Positive Ok, at first I did not think Steve would be as crazy as the other CS'rs that I have met... including me of course. We had a great time sipping champaigne, swimming in a rock pool filled with river water flowing from the waterfall that made such a peaceful noise where we just stood still... and listened. It was a good time and I hope we will meet again and continue where we left off...
From Soulfood4U Cape Town, South Africa Dec 3, 2007 Positive You must be certifiably crazy after travelling for 7 years... I can confirm with a carload of people as witnesses, Steve is INSANE!
We spent one v.looonnnngggg, endlessly beautiful day together, crammed with engaging in mind-altering experiences like appreciating the "Magic of bubbles" at the Franschoek Champagne festival..driving all the way to Bainskloof to cool off in the the rock pools...followed by dancing,
ofcourse!
Steve..when does your journey end...
From Sven Lahme Duesseldorf, Germany Nov 29, 2007 Positive Steve crashed at my place for 3 nights and was a very respectful and pleasent visitor. Besides that he introduced me to some new interresting thoughts. Very good person. Thanks for stopping by steve....
From Mich Valkenberg Aldeia das Amoreiras, Portugal Nov 26, 2007 Positive Unfortunately I was very busy at the time Steve was at my place, but I enjoyed the talks we had, his funny traveling stories and his excellent list of movies and books! Thank you!!
enjoy Africa!!
From KIONI Maastricht, Netherlands Nov 22, 2007 Positive I agree with the many positive references that steve already got... thanks for the movie list and all the best for your further travels! who knows, maybe meet you again in Africa for another drum session:-)
From Ghazy The Hague, Netherlands Nov 20, 2007 Positive Steve is a happy person enjoying life the way a lot of us would love to.
From Marine Maget Paris, France Nov 11, 2007 Positive I hosted Steeve for 3 nights in my tiny flat in Paris. He is an amezing traveler, full of crazy stories! do not hesitate to host him he is funy, able to talk to everything, and openminded.
cheers mate =)
From Claire Diao Paris, France Nov 7, 2007 Positive It's always inspiring to host somebody who travels more than you. Steve allowed me to speak english and showed him my town, my friends and flatmates, my bars. We had many interesting discussion, especially concerning travels. I hope to meet him somewhere else in the world!
From Matteo Sara La Spezia, Italy Oct 30, 2007 Positive He's a smart man, increasing his book of stories about his life, and the world tour he's making. The bright side of U.S.A.
From Margaret Leighty Tulsa, United States Jul 12, 2007 Positive Steve is the Big Poop in the sky!!!What can I say about Steve, that has not already been said by the numerous other groovy people on CS?? Steve is great. A good friend. A wise man in training. Super inspiring. And I hope to be in his good presence again soon.
From Lisa Allen New York, United States Jan 21, 2007 Positive Steeeeeeeeeeeeeeeev-O. What a man. How can I ever describe the guy who showed me what Paradise is all about? [Literally, the sign on our little island says "Welcome to Paradise," and it ain't no lie...]
After over a year of cross-Pacific tales, Steve and I finally met this winter on a tiny island off the southwest coast of Thailand, and thanks to him, for the first time I can remember in a looooooooong time I actually stopped. Stopped worrying, stopped stressing, stopped wanting, and remembered how to just BE. Hot sand, hazy sun, scurrying crabs, very few humans [quality, not quantity...], fantastic curry and only a few hours' worth of electricity each evening, lots of books, sleep, and Singha beer. Steve showed me the door to a truly relaxing, real way of being on vacation. But don't be fooled by the picture I paint of some pacifist humanistic yogi or anything...the part about offering to cut off my toe is real. He also tackled me repeatedly, poured water over my head when I thought he wouldn't dare, and tried to throw me out of a hammock and off a balcony. Yup, a friend for life.
From OLIVA Ferrara, Italy Jan 20, 2007 Positive He is a very kind guest: I was very happy to have him here and talk with im of any kind of subject
From Ying Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Jan 17, 2007 Positive
After long hours of chatting through Gtalk...
Steve is a crazy guru who lives behind the veils of a waterfall, in some far and exotic highland. As he blows smoke rings into the air, he'd weave words of wisdom through lucid storytelling.....YEAH RIGHT. I don't even know whether this guy smokes because I haven't met him yet. However, through our online exchange, he seemed like an interesting dude with plenty to share: bad Dutch words and what nots. Hehe! Looking forward to see ya! Your hot choc is on the way!
After countless of spontaneous sessions at McDonalds and a crazy trip up to Ranong...
The reason why Steve gets an Extremely Positive is because there isn't an option for Fucking A or Fucking Retard! One of the greatest retards of the century, this dude taught me to appreciate Dawkins, Pinker, Eggers, Tobias Wolff and poetry...damn! Just when I've only started reading Enid Blyton...
Anyway, after all those poetry reading sessions at McDonalds, backbreaking car rides with the crazy Ajahn, Dutch and Italian curse lessons and nocturnal lectures on literature, science and how-to-be-a-good-ESL-Teacher through Gtalk, I can only conclude that Steve is one helluva true friend, a treasure and not forgetting, the best arrogant kwaaaaalllll out there!
Thank you for kicking me out of my comfort zone and setting me on the open road again!Wouldn't have done it without your help!
Passion fuel runs only for a limited time...
Yeah.Take it from one who knows best!
From Sharilyn Chia Miri, Malaysia Dec 6, 2006 Positive Steve,Steve,Steve...What can I say..He is a great person to hang out with, and he talks about anything at all. What really impressed me though,is his ability to adapt to new surroundings(which is proven by his extensive traveling experiences) though it seems that he just can't get enough of Mc Donalds =)Also, many thanks to you for sharing those tips on traveling with me,Steve.
From Seri Naga Leong Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Nov 23, 2006 Positive We met for dinner near the Petronas Twin Towers together with couchsurfer Ying and two cool Dutch brothers Thijs & Bart. A cool dude who lives his life to the fullest. Gave me some good advice on place of interest near Hanoi. Love that Subway poem man!
From Urbian Fitz-James Rotterdam, Netherlands Nov 22, 2006 Positive what to say about this guy.... Strange guy, no just kidding. The first encounter was on the phone, me sleepdrunk and try to figure out, who is this guy?? The second one was a bewildered neanthertaler, who just came out the bush hunting. After i shaved him up and give him a human look he left his hole and stepped into the REAL life again. It's a shame you didn't stay longer. You two keep on travelling and do your thing....
From Nurulhuda Md. Noh George Town, Malaysia Nov 20, 2006 Positive he's a nice guy with cute smile...hheh..good to have met him in penang island....good luck Steve..
From Amy Lim Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Nov 18, 2006 Positive I met him with his cool travel-mates and other CS from Malaysia. Thanks to him that I meet alot of nice and cool people, all at once! We had some chat and I found that he is a very interesting guy and he amazed me with his travel experience! Very impressive! =D
From Jessica Tan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Nov 18, 2006 Positive Met him, his traveler-friends and 2 other CSers for couple of drinks! Had a good conversation :P He is very intellectual and speak many languages and his Mandarin is not bad though and maybe better than mine :)
From Angela i Gerard Mataro, Spain Sep 29, 2006 Positive I hope they find the 14 missing cats before Mr Christian Name kicks the bucket. Steve? Il est génial et je peux parler français! It was a day in a lifetime that I met with Steve in Andorra. I'm so stoked that I had the oppourtunity to hang out with him for the day and laugh my A.S.S off. He inspired me with his outlook on things and couldn't have found a better person to shove face first into the snow! I located my humour double in Steve and on this discovery I seriously began to fear for the safety of our planet. It isn't often you meet people you wish you could stop time for so you should take the chance to host/surf with The Squidman while his brain is still undevoured however be warned that although Steve is one in a trillion, he does have the tendency to share his 'Flashdance' moves with any given audience. I didn't witness it myself but my friends are still unable to talk about the experience.
From ELEFJE Bangkok, Thailand Aug 14, 2006 Positive Steve (and his flatmates) knew exactly what I, a tired cyclist needed! He gave me space (literally and figuratively) and we had good conversation (mostly) in the evening. I also had the opportunity to update my movie knowledge (on a very comfy couch with great DVDs). A home away from home. Thankxxx!
From Chester Ridenour Columbus, United States Jul 24, 2006 Positive We met up in Sapa. Hung out. Exchanging couchsurfing stories and experiences. Giving me local insights and tips on all of ASIA. Cool Guy. Thanks Steve.
From S Gordy San Francisco, United States Jul 22, 2006 Positive He is a very nice fellow. Hospitable and friendly. He has lots of stories and experiences which helped me plan my own journey. He showed us the city and gave us good tips as well. A good guy.
From Miel Steele San Francisco, United States Jul 20, 2006 Positive Steve completed the karmic cycle! He did our laundry, including hanging it up to dry! A real peach, he showed us the ins and outs of the xe om and some good food too! He is an excellent host!
From Becks Clement London, United Kingdom Jul 19, 2006 It was my pleasure! Not that the dude needs anymore references but what the hell...He's a cool guy who was a pleasure to host..and i even didnt mind doing his washing!
hope that the next step in the travels is a success
good luck!
From LOVECAT Penzance, United Kingdom Jul 19, 2006 Sorry for the crappy club!! Steve is a truly interesting, intelligent and inspirational bloke. I really enjoyed having him as a houseguest in Penzance. Wish we'd talked more...another time? (I promise not to make you endure club 2k again!)
From Stijn Vernaillen Antwerp, Belgium Jul 19, 2006 The one and only travel addict. Steve stayed at my place for only one night and a couple of beers and some (little bit) strong rhum. Lots of respect for Steve, travelling around for 5 years or something. Still has to come back to try the recumbent and testdrive the partybike.
It was a great pleasure meeting Steve and hearing his stories of teaching English in Japan, his girlfriend somewhere in south-east azia,... Certainly an experience to have over as a guest.
From John O'Kane Derry, United Kingdom Jul 19, 2006 Drenched cyclist. Steve, aling with Josh, squelched to my door a couple of wet weeks ago. They stayed a couple of days, dried out, and set off for the Giant's Causeway and Belfast. If you get a chance to enjoy their company take it!
From Syl tille Fribourg, Switzerland Jul 19, 2006 Perfect host ! Steve and Josh stayed with us for a couple days ! It was a great pleasure to have them at home ! Theirs traveling stories are enthralling ! I admire you guys, cycling around with only a tent, your intelligence and your joy in life ! Good luck to both of you !
Dont't hesitate to welcome them at your place, you won't regret it !
From Stefan Wehrli Schaffhausen, Switzerland Jul 19, 2006 When the Bronx meets Switzerland.. Steve is a really crazy traveller. He's a very modest & easy-going guy and my whole respect for his biketrip through europe.. Let him coachsurfing and find it out! You won't regret it..
From MONOCLOVER Perth, Australia Jul 10, 2006 Positive Come on, it's getting old. With the aqueducts! Not only do other innocent couchsurfers bar Josh and Matteo not know what you're talking about. I still don't know why it's persisted in your mind for so long. Funny conversations! Have fun travelling then get your act together. You need somebody to whip you (though it ain't gonna be me). |
