Naomi: small brunette, compared some time ago to a top ("chinampina" in spanish) because I couldn't stay in place more then a few instants. Born and raised in Paris,I come from a very multicultural family. Can't live for long in the same place (and love that feeling of loosing balance when arriving in a new country/ city/life...). A bit hyperactive sometimes, but a good laugh is really what I like.
Juan carlos: tall mexican, living in France since 2003. Easy going, looking for a snug little place in life. Give him food and he's happy!!
We are both quite "cameleon" in the sense that we adapt ourselves well to all kind of people and situations.
...And for some unknown reason, we both actually ENJOY having people visit us! ;)
Interests
We both like dancing salsa, watching lucha libre (which is mexican catch) and sometimes trying it out ourselves! We go aorund on our bicycles anywhere it's possible. But there are many more things we enjoy in life, brunches on sunday "morning", tasting a good tequila or mezcal, nice prolonged evenings/nights with friends, surrealist painting, playing "jaqui", a good concert, talk gossip, watch The Simpsons DVDs, drink tea or hot chocolate on cold winter afternoon, SINGING ! ....not doing anything ...and doing about anything!
Philosophy
We believe ourselves to be altermondialists, anticapitalists, feminists, surrealists... A lot of words in "-ists" which doesn't mean we're boring, annoying, or moralizing...!! We actually manage it very well on an every day basis, with just a little bit of humour and self criticism! ;)

This summary is not a replacement for reading references; it's a quick summary to help you get started. At a glance, you can see how many references a member has, and how many of them are positive, neutral, and negative.
In the second line, you'll see how many references came from people who hosted this member, surfed with them, and traveled with them. These numbers won't always add up to the total: some references are not categorized, and some may be categorized as more than one thing.
When viewing this summary, don't jump to conclusions! Things that are negative for one person may be positive for another, and vice versa. It's important to read references carefully and evaluate what that information means to you.
During my " last minute all alone" trip to Paris i was invited to party by Naomi and i didnt regret i went there! they are so nice!i felt like i have my Erasmus time back, meeting and chating to people from all over the world!
if you ever have chance to meet Naomi, Juan, their family and friends-go on!!
We were hosted by Naomi and Juan as our first CS experience in Dublin. They were great hosts, easy-going and great company, we had good time there. I hope you guys have a chance one day to visit Poland, let me know. sorry for taking so long to get back to you with the reference ;p.
Naomi and Juan are really great. They welcomed me very warm and I had a really good time. It was a great first day in Ireland. Thanks for giving me your bike, too! Hope to seeing you again (anywhere, anytime...)! Thanks a lot! :-)

Positive
Naomi and Juan Carlos were wonderful! They were very generous to let me come visit, and I met some lovely people from all over the world at their flat.
Thanks again! I really hope you'll let me know if you're ever in Philly or New York.

Naomi & Juan stayed for a short weekend, it was a pity I didn't have more time to spend with them. Thanks very much for the Chilli Con Carne - I had it for Sunday dinner and breakfast on Monday!!
Juan stayed with us for 5 nights and almost seemed to make part of the "family". He even helped to decorate our balcony for Santo António with dozens of fishs and offered us a beautiful orange flower.
I haven't met Naomi (yet!) but just loved meeting Juan! Very interesting, sweet and conscious man. Thanks for your kind presence and spirituous talk:) Looking forward to meeting you too Naomi.
