ABOUT ME
Born with a smile on the face in a very small town between Rome and Naples, where time seems to have no meaning, at the age of 18 I filled a backpack with my dramas and my dreams.
Now I am a chemist who works to travel ... not only by plane but above all through books, music, good food and good wine. I love photo shows, concerts, stand-up comedy, trekking, capoeira, meeting new people, hanging out with old friends.
I believe that all of us, humans, animals and nature are connected by an invisible thread that holds us together as if we were one life form. Since I discovered traveling I try to follow that invisible thread by living all the emotions and learning something more about the world every day ... and therefore myself.

I discovered couchsurfing in 2011 thanks to my flatmate when I lived and studied at University in Rome. Right from the start, I felt part of this dream of knowing people and places you never would have seen.
Hospitality is the first act of love and for this reason I try to host friends and couchsurfers as soon as I can, and I use contact friends or hosts when I travel.

I'm....

MUSICIAN... I started playing drums at 16 years old, at 22 the acoustic guitar... it's a working progress! I dream to play as a street artist anywhere in the world, the street is the place where we usually wear a mask and the music in particular helps us to remove it to make us feel lighter.
KNOWLEDGE LOVER... I took part in 2017 of Nuova Acropoli, a school where Philosophy is a tool for the improvement of man, society and the environment.
CAPOEIRA dancer... since 2012 I practice this multidisciplinary activity: dance, singing, music, acrobatics and spirituality.

During my couchsurfing in Dusseldorf from Benjamin I did "Couchsurfing in Couchsurfing". Let me explain: a morning he proposed me to go in Venlo (NL) by bike. Venlo is the first Netherlands city over the Germany border.
At Venlo I did, with Benjamin, another Couchsurfing from Tamara.
Wonderful but fun experience, don't you think?

Hey guys, it's my duty as an Italian ... to share with you (in Italian!) the basic rules for preparing the main Italian dishes (carbonara, amatriciana, arancini, gnocchi, parmigiana, tiramisu ...) and how to combine an excellent wine or beer.
I am open to share points of view concerning life, politics, music, films, art and above all travel, goals to reach and places to visit.
If you are aspiring musicians I can teach you enough to learn the main rudiments for guitar, drums or, if you want, organize a jam session ... why not!
