Couch Available: Definitely! Preferred Gender: Female
Wheelchair Accessible: Yes
Max Surfers Per Night: 10
Shared Sleeping Surface: No Shared Room: DependsIT'S AN OPEN LOFT!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING MY COUCH!
I live in a 1500sq ft loft in the heart of Los Angeles...Roughly 10-20 minute drive from anywhere you could want to go...Santa Monica, Hollywood, Downtown, Venice, ect...My front door is also about 15ft away from a major bus line...
It's an open space (as seen in the picture) shared with 3 others...There is a bathroom, shower, kitchen, and loft in the back...
I have one couch and plenty of floor space for the surfing...
Please do not request to surf for more than 2 days...
PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO SURF MY COUCH MORE THAN 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE...I have a very spontaneous work schedule and am unable to commit to any requests more than 1 week in advance...
The loft is a working photography, film production, and event space...If the space is rented by a client, you maybe asked to leave around 9a-10a in the morning...The space is right off the street and is very noisy at night and gets quite cold in the winter and hot in the summer...It's also "the spot to be"...People are constantly coming in and out, so if you're looking for a quiet place to sleep, this is not right for you...
No pets and no smoking!
