I used to live in the center of Paris, next to the eiffel tower (75015), with my parents who have a small dog, I don't smoke. I am busy working during the day, but we can go out at night or on week ends! But that's when I'm in Paris.. right now, I'm travelling around Europe...!

Basically all you need to know is that when I turn too old to travel (that is never) I will look back on my life and smile. No regrets of not living, just memories to share and experiences to pass on...
I don't smoke, I don't drink (cause I love sport) BUT don't worry, I am sooooooo keen on going out, meeting new people, partying, long talks (talking and listening), anything that makes life better...!
But actually don't believe all this, for it all could just be bullshit so let's just meet up and learn all we want to share about each other...
when I become a CS ambassador I will do even more, but right now I am travelling so all I can do is spread the holy word ;)
CouchSurfing Experience
Quite a few now especially in London, Warsaw, and some in Barcelona, Kopenhagen... also through www.hospitalityclub.org and even before all this, but not through this website, I've been to Italy to learn italian 3 weeks with somebody I met on the internet (a couple of emails only - met on a news group in 1997), and some more then strange but soooo interesting experiences... if there is travel to do? I'll always be there... no matter where, no matter how, no matter the conditions...
Interests
Ever since I started travelling, I became addicted to that. I will have to find a way to live travelling all my life, somehow... if you catch me in Paris, I'll be glad to show you around, but if I go abroad, feel free to come to my place (if I have one) and don't worry, if you don't, I'll come to yours to meet new culture and offer all kind of interesting exchanges such as cultural ! In one word, I cannot imagine life without travelling, I'd rather die than give that in... and on the way learn more salsa, tango, merengue, flying a plane myself, and many more.. well apart from travelling sport is also very important for me (soccer but we say FOOTBALL in Europe, Tennis, Table Tennis, Skiing, snowboarding, boats, golf (beginner though)...). Philosophy
Don't worry, follow the signs and Be Happy... Who needs money for that? A child's smile is soooo much more important and rewarding...! I just want to make my way towards happiness. The system as it is will not offer me that, so I am trying real hard to make my own way, create my world, spend as much time as possilbe doing everything that makes people around me happy, coz that will make me happy too (so selfish huh?). I try to depend as less as possible on material confort. Sensations and experiences, that's all I really care about, that's all I will remember anyway. Knowing new people, trying new experiences (sports, foods, anything !), learning new languages, I want to spend my whole life learning languages for that's the best way to integrate new culture at 100%, and I am definitely on my way to that paradise...
I decided to leave capitalism in 2009 to offer whatever i can to people who really need it.. I am sure I will receive support from the whole world and won't have to worry about material f... shite : eating rice and sleeping anywhere is more than enough... working for rich people to make them (and me) richer? not for me... a smile of a child full of hope for his future is a much better reward for your work...

local folklores, latin music (salsa, samba, flamenco, tango, merengue, forro, chorinho, fado...), classic (Mozart's Alla Turca and others, Chopin's Waltz and Mazurkas, Beethoven Symphonie Pathétique...), the Beatles, Shakira, Carlos Vives, Jair Rodrigues, Cesaria Evora, Georges Brassens, Georges Moustaki... the list could be endless..

BOOKS/AUTHORS
Milan Kundera, Paulo Coelho, Agatha Christie... but my brain is not fast enough for me to stay focus on a book and after reading 10 lines I forget what the first one was about... I have a really bad memory (which is great to watch same movies over and over again...:)) but I think time has just not come yet when I want to sit down and read lots of books so I guess I'll just wait when inspiration and will to read and write will come.. and I know Reading and writing will be part of my life but not now... later ;)

Teach, Learn, Share
trust your intuition and dare to be different... Today we are only "a few", and hopefully tomorrow our children will say "But dad, why did they have to make up such a community? what was wrong with the rest of the world?"... What I want to learn? I consider myself sooo lucky to finally be conscious of the fact that I don't know anything... that NOW it is about time to learn... wanna join in? c'mon, let's learn everything about... everything ;). Actually I had a similar idea to build such a website bringing together all the people I met travelling and making people I met bring their own "very special" friends to create a very very special community, I never thought that could exist on such a large basis, that's wonderful !
One Amazing Thing I've Seen or Done
I was a magician, I danced French Cancan dressed up as a girl (and surprised 4 co-dancing girls who were not expecting me on stage) on stage in front of 800 people ! walked the "Camino de Santiago" (800 km), scuba diving with a shark and at night, pilot a plane... just looking for the next exciting experience...

I hosted William in Xanthi for some days! We had a really nice time. We shared our experiences during travelling and William shared with me his unique method for learning foreign languages!

Sadly I had lots of work to do during the time he stayed at my place, but the evening we went along the rhine and for a drink, i enjoyed his company! William: your are a very nice guy who takes care of the place you stay and tries to understand the courios things in life which are around us.
William came to us for three nights. He took part in a family meeting and we found time for interesting conversations. We enjoyed his open hearted character and are glad that he spent time with us.
It's one of these people with who it's easy to start to wonder about myself-in positive way. ! I realised later, that he 'works' that way not only with me, he made almost crazy one of my best friends. But it's about madness in positive way, wondering one. Perfect guest, surfing without any problems, knew how to take care about his place our flat, I really appreciated that. Also very hospitable person, told us a lot about France and gave a try of perfectly tasty french food. What's funny, this is kind of person, about whom I can be sure, that we'll meet somewhere somewhen again!

Positive
William was a very easy CSer. He was working long hours while staying with me but the times we spent together were fun and filled with interesting conversation. I would recommend him as a trustworthy CSer and hope to meet agan somewhere in the world.
William is a very interesting guy who knows a lot about couchsurfng history/philosophy. We have a lot likes and points of view in common and I hope we'll share a lot of experiences in the future.
It is incredible how creative and entrepreneur he is. He has an idea for everything.
He is great to talk about trips, alternative places to live, alternative jobs, ...
