Overstay

 

Gaetan requested my couch with his friend but unfortunately I have only one place in my bed in Penang guesthouse so they take a spare room. We make a full tour of Penang Island by motorbike to bath in the sea, waterfall and go on the top of bukit genting. It was a great day full of surprises. I really appreciate his personality and have a lot of laugh together.

 

I met Gaetan in Penang, for a gathering. It was nice to meet a french. I had a good chat with him and enjoyed his travel stories. Hope to meet you again one of these days.

 

I meet Gaetan at the Overstay in bangkok and with two other girls, we plan to travel by hitchhiking in Isaan together. It was just a good time and good meeting with Thai people.He is easy going, easy traveling and like me he like too much computer. I hope to travel again with him to continue our adventures. Have a good time in yours travel my friend.

We met in Tokyo and spend some time together chilling and joking about anything stupid we could think about.

Great guy to hang around in Tokyo. We had a lot of fun with watching some of Tokyo's creazy inhabitants ;)
And we became big fans of the sumooo. We just miss some extra stong gel to style our hair.

And he's also a bit a loser, he didn't dare it to climb the mount fuji! ;)

Gaetan hosted me in Paris, it was my first couchsurfing-experience, i met his mother, his sister, who were nice as Gaetan is. He is a really good tour guide in Paris, who could show or suggest good places, museums, parks. i really enjoyed the time with him, it was funny. merci beaucoup pour tout! and best wishes to your trip in asia!

This guy is amazing!! sooo fun to be around. has a thing for elastics tho...and he likes to fight little asian girls. good thing i know kung fu! ahahaha...but seriously, any guy who would walk around in public with pigtails is just awesome in my books!

 

Gaetan was so nice! And so were his flat mate and friends! The gave us beers, showed us the city at night, made us pizzas AND breakfast! They were definitely amazing and friendly!

hey!!!! sorry, it took me so long to write a reference..you know, sometimes it happens;] but! it doesn't mean something was not right, on the contrary! staying with you and your flatmate and neighbourgs was really really nice. we felt like at home.
from time to time think about paris and all the good time i had there, and you guys are also in those good memories ;] thanks! and hope to see you again!

ooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!! thanks a lot for cs i found these great persons!!!! Gaetan is our love! at 1st we met on friday party and then in a day we came to live at his place) i ll never forget Action or action when i crept in the center of Paris and Gaetan danced with a cone) He took us to Orleans to the house of his parents ( his parents r great), it s a very beautiful city, we came back at 2 a m to Paris and then had a big walk in night)
His friends are great persons!
And Shatton s the best teacher of badfrenchwordslanguage)) he s a gifted person, who works all the time and he has great sense of humour)
we miss u, guys!!!!

We lived in the same room in a backpacker in Perth and he showed me the city!

Now i still see him really often and i like to have a drink with him and his couch surfing mates!

(and i shot him at the paint ball héhé)

I could surf Gaetans couch in very last minute, thanks a lot for that!!! It was a pitty that we didn't get to know each other more, Gaetan and his friend Chatton are really nice guys, very open-minded and so hospitable! Thanks!

These guys were great! Funny, laid back and just lots of fun! They even let us crash on their couch for an additional night after we missed our train! If you ever get a chance to host him, do it! And if you stay with him, you will love the view from his 4th floor apartment. It is quite the sight... ;)

My friend Sera and I stayed at his place for about 4 nights. He made us feel at home, told us where to go and even took us back in for another night when we missed our train. Great place to stay and I am sure he'd would be a good guy to host.

i looooove gaetan and chatton! i stayed with them 4 times, because theyre the best ever.

but beware, if you stay with them, they might make you dance the macarena :)

We have lived together in brussels during a year and it was total chaos and madness. Awesome ;)

Well, as he said, we had a good laugh about canadian accent.. This guy seems to be good and funny, like every Orleans people, i guess;)

haven't met him yet.. but my parents love him :). my parents told me "wow this great french guy" ... you are the type of frenchman who helps change my dad's (and sometimes the world's) stereotype about french people. he's trust worthy, a good conversationalist and respectful to older people (haha my folks).

had a fabulous time with Gaetan, he looked after me well... fed me beyond belief (thanks!!!) showed me around paris and his home town and met his friends, the whole thing was so great!

Very friendly guy that is willing to show you around. Also a fun guy to sit and chat with. He is very laid back and has a good attitude on life.

 

Gaetan was a great gueast with an interest in Swedish rock music - we even went to a concert together. A great person to get to know; welcome back whenever!

magnifique séjourne! gaetan est vraiment sympa! on a visité quelques chateaux ensemble et regardaient plusiers des films amusants... on a mangé très bien à restaurant brésilien et avaient des conversations très interessants. il est super cool et je l'adore! couchsurf avec lui!

Gaetan surfed my swag. Gaetan is now an official West Aussie Swag-Surfer!! Gaetan and his mate flew in and out quicker than a Cottesloe seagull swoping on an errant chip! Hopefully long enough for a beer next time! - enjoy your trip!
