About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To try to take over the world!

ABOUT ME

well to start, Im an Australian who grew up on a hobby farm on the mid north coast of New South Wales. I enjoy the outdoors and doing things practical, I like excitement so anything that gets the adrenaline pumping. but also to just chill out. I have a relaxed laid back attitude towards almost everything and like most things. I sometimes speak my mind. People can find it offensive when others do this though I very much respect someone who is game enough to say what they feel without the worry of judgement. It's often what everyone else is thinking. eg constructive critisism. Thanks Gordan Ramsay. I love crazy ideas and alternative looks on things and am always up for going along with someone's crazy ideas for a laugh and/or a bit of fun. Everything is worth a go at least once. I have a good sense of humor and always look at the funny side of the situation, which some people can find frustrating. I enjoy black comedy so the more chaotic the situation the funnier it seems to become. But then it's good to look at the brighter side of life! I do not care what other people think of me which can get me into trouble. I am never serious and occasionally be a Provocative smart ass if the time is right. but I always mean well and know when to hold my tongue, sometimes. I enjoy partying and meeting new people, much fun is to be had on alcohol fueled shenanigans and adventures.

PHILOSOPHY

Look at your life like it's a TV show, and remember everything has a funny side even if you don't see it. Give everything a go at least once and follow your instinct, first thought or gut feeling. Im a true believer of intuition.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Im a surfer and to be hoster, I dislike the idea that you need money to do anything these days. So I am an especially big fan of the organization. There is no better way to get to know a culture and find out the hot spots than to live with the locals. I like to help out while Im surfing, which is also a custom I was brought up with living in the country. Wether that be cooking washing up or finding street signs to decorate the place. because I dislike the idea of being a freeloader. Although don't expect me to clean mess that Was there before I arrived because I also dislike users. Even though the geneourosity of letting a stranger stay in your home can't ever be truly repaid I will always try to restock my consumptions from the fridge and buy the occasional dinner.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All experiences with my short travel through Europe have been positive, there has been the occasional mix up of dates etc. but my Traveling seems to just ouze chaos. Everyone that I have met has been just great.

Interests

I have a huge interest in fast cars and have spent the last few months building a project, to be race car. Out door activities like camping and exploring. taking the alternative route just for the adventure. traveling. Girls. Pointing out and taking amusement in culture comparison. Budget film making, Drinking and all that comes with it. Schemes that are way out there but sound like maybe they just might work.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mainly Aussie Hiphop, but really anything that has meaning to me. most things they play on triple J. mainly alturnative non mainstreem. They play a lot of unsigned artists. check out triplej.net.au and listen online.
The Big Lebouski, Pulp Fiction, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, The Castle, Chopper, the list could go on. And budget short films, they are often the best.
I don't read that much, I like to but I can't read fast and a 300 page book uses up weeks of my time but from the books I have read I would have to say anything by John Marsden, Desmond Bagley or Robert Barrett,

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once saw in the Australian outback a creature with fur like a dog, feet like a sea gull, poisonous spines like a sea urchant, a tail like a beaver, beak like a duck, pouch like a kangaroo, laid eggs like a chicken and lived underground like a mole. This bizarre creature hunts other animals, and chooses hunt with it's eyes closed. It consumes almost half its own weight of food a day. it breaths air and spends most of it's time underwater. The natives call this bizarre creature a Platypus. This creature alone proves that god has a sense of humor, or created this animal after deciding not to through away the floor sweepings from his workshop.
