We live in Riga, Latvia. I have a long and positive CS experience; Naila's is shorter but also positive. We really enjoy meeting new people and learning about their dreams and travels. However, as new arrivals we are not good sources of info about the city or the region. Contact us if we might be able to help you.

Life is too serious to not laugh about. We are all here to support and learn from each other. I am a Quaker who believes in respect and cooperation. I also enjoy playing and joking, exploring.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Love the idea-- an organized version of ways I traveled and connected with people in my travels over several decades. Happy to meet, host, and learn about people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hundreds of surfers over the past few years, many excellent conversations, parties, expeditions, cultural outings, etc. We only surfed a few times but they have been great experiences. If it is possible to be addicted to something completely healthy, I am addicted to Couchsurfing!

Interests

Conversations about local events, learning about activities and experiences, love all kinds of culture and ideas and using languages. Very physically active. Varied activities and like to try new things, like playing local musical instruments.

All kinds of movies from experimental to international to Hollywood. Lifelong music fan who collects CDs from places I travel, also like jazz, blues, classical. Enjoy dancing.
