ABOUT ME

Just some old fellow who is slightly obsessed with travelling. I've since carried the travelbug at an early age. I think I'm a pretty smart tourist who manages to stay out of trouble (most of the time) although I can be a compulsive risk taker sometimes. I'm very much into food and its one of the main reasons why I travel. I will also be spending the last half of 2017 studying in Nanjing, China.

Cultural/language exchange, Meet-ups, and surfing for lovely couches. Fingers crossed, I may have the opportunity to host soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So bad I wouldn't do it ever again. Loljokes. It's been an amazing, sometimes crazy but mostly life-enriching experience with CS.

Movies - Anything by Wong Kar Wai, Sofia Coppola, Wes Anderson, Park Chan-Wook, Quentin Tarantino

Music - Very diverse. Into anything from Indie Electronica to Norwegian Spirit Folk.

Books - Wanna get into the habit of reading lots of novels. Stand-out titles I've read so far were The Orphan Master's Son, I Love Dick and Shantaram.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach - I could teach you how to instantly tell if anyone is fat or pregnant with 60% accuracy, sneak 3 dogs into a movie theatre, walk up a down escalator in like 2 seconds, convince your grandmother you're not real, win staring contests with a cat, forge signatures.

Learn - I want to learn about you! Yes, you! I want to experience all sorts of cultures and speak a little bit in every language.

Share - We can share opinions about politics, philosophies, lifehacks, book swaps, booze (I drink lots of red wine), travel tips n' tricks, wild stories and experiences. I also love to give back to the community by volunteering.

What I Can Share with Hosts
