My place: an small but nice studio near the Rotterdam Central Station. walking distance from the city center and the parties!!!!
Since´I am fresh new in Rotterdam, We will probably have to discover the city together :-D
No pets, non smoker. But I really don’t care if you smoke in the balcony. (And I have my own shisha :-D )
I have only one bed, but two good mattresses. Normally I host a lot of people, but now I had to limit my CSer to only 2 per night.
I work all day long (but not much :-) ). I will be glad to show the city to anyone during the evenings or weekends or also join in a small trip to some city around.
Other details:
-really good public transportation 5min from my door.
-My best time to go to bed? early....something like 5 or 6am
-I can host weekdays or weekends
-I have blankets, sleeping bag and towels
-I do like surfers who:

Drink beer or wine
Bring stuff from their country
Can talk about their traditions
Carry lots of typical music from his place
If you dont have any of these characteristics, it doesn´t mean that you can´t stay here, but it might be slightly more difficult. The only thing that you MUST do is read this profile. CouchSurfing Experience
The basics:
- A lot of Coffee or Drink meetings (more drinks than coffees :) )
- I had the honour and the pleasure of hosting 48 CS´er for a total of 105 nights.
- I had the honour and the pleasure of been hosted by 17 great couchsurfers for a total of 40 nights.
Philosophy

Movies: The Godfather, Star Wars (the old ones), City of God, In the Name of the Father, Shrek, Tarantino´s movies, gangsters movies, and a lot more, mainly old stuff that you probably don´t know....
Books: Lord of the Rings, Dracula, all from Machado de Assis (the best Brazilian author in my humble opinion), Le Carre, Michael Crichton...
Music: depends on the situation. Eletronic, Forró or Medieval stuff(Boombal) for partying and Rock, Classic or MPB (Brazilian popular music) for listening at home.
Types of People I enjoy
Open minded, willing to party hard during the night and wake up early to enjoy the new day. Funny, who likes sharing knowledge (mainly about culture/history of his country).
And you have a special bonus if you cook, dance or help with the dishes :-)
One Amazing Thing I've Seen or Done
- Trekking around Ilha Grande (BR) sleeping on the
beaches without tend, under a canvas of uncountable stars
- 20 days driving an old car (max speed 85km/h) through south of Brasil, Uruguay and Argentina

I met Andersson in the Berlin Beach Camp, and we had a funny evening together with great accordeon music. He's a really nice guy with alot stories to tell and looks funny with his cowboyhat ;). He was so nice to rent me his pullover as it was really cold :) Thank you!

He is so funny and helpful! All Moscow saw us while we were watching fireworks standing on the barrier in the middle of the bridge! We had an amazing day in Moscow when he happened to meet our CS company just by chance!
During Karneval, Anderson likes to dress up as a brazilian (I wonder what he's really like when he takes that costume off?).
Whatever, he's definitely the man to party with and spend an amazing time! (if you can stand his cachaça "boazinha" during the whole time :).
All in all, this guy is just crazy, in a great way! And a good friend I'll keep!
