Thomas Paschke

We met at the MUC CS Movers unconference, he is a very active member of CS, we will work together to improve the CS website - and I am also looking forward to show him Bamberg.

Thomas is genuinely a good host, he took time to show me what Paderborn has to offer during Xmas. I enjoy that sweet hot wine. He always have plans to travel even though he hasn't got all the vacations he wished. I would gladly host him whenever he has a chance. Will definetly see him again. I am very gratefull for his warm welcome.

Even i have a chance to host him only 1night but i can tell he's a nice person and really worth it to be friend with ;)

Thomas is great host! Even if we came late at night, he welcomed us very warm :-))) Unfortunatley we stayed the only few hours during one night, we spent nice time with him! thomas is a really nice guy. although we contacted him only shortly before we wanted to sleep at his place it was no problem. we arrived late and still had a nice evening - he told us about all his journeys through Europe and his couch surfing experiences. then he let us sleep in his own bed and he slept on the couch! great host! thanx a lot...

Thomas was a wonderful guest: very polite, respectful, and friendly. I wish I could have given him better weather for his stay and small rockets on the bike I lent him that he bravely took up to pulpit rock.

My first surfer! Thomas made hosting beeing very easy. Trustworthy, easy to talk with, yes, he even swam in the freezing Norwegian sea. No problem taking this guy into your home ( as long as your house isn`t on th top of the hill) ;D

Thomas came to Jena for the "Get together" CS Ambassador meeting and asked me and my girlfiend for a couch. After hanging ariund at the Theatercafe, in a Park, called Paradise and at the Campus we went home. After arriving there he helped Caro (my girlfriend) very much to create her website (www.der-ideen-kopf.de) while I was talking to our other guest Serhan.
It was a nice experience to meet him.

We met together on the "Get together"-CS-meeting in Jena and were going on different party-places.

When we arrived my flat-share Thomas was so friendly to feel up to help me and was try to find a solution for my homepage-problem.

Anyway, Thomas is in the first time a little bit shy, but after some time it is nice to have a talk with him.

 

...seemed to be shy at first impact ...indipendent and perfectly organized ...but after sunset as Ichnusa parties usually starts he was overwhelming box of funny stories making laugh the whole company on board!! ...

 

I hosted Thomas during Edinburgh Rocks! and we joined in on a few events meeting lots of nice folks. He is a pleasant person to have around and he cooked dinner as well, which is always a nice gesture!

 

The first person to seem genuinly happy about sitting on the back of my bike during the ride to my house :)
Thomas was great to have around, very easy going and low maintenance. See you next year!

 

Thomas provided me an avenue and courage to CSing in Germany. My initial CSing request to him was handled enthusiastically and positively. During my CSing in his location, he provided me travel venue to Berlin. In Berlin, when I was unable to connect to my CS host, he stuck with me until I was secured and had a place to stay. His dedication and sincere attitude to provide positive and encouraging CSing experience is highly commendable.Cheers!

Thomas is a very nice person, generous and with a sense of humour. It was very interesting to talk to each other. We welcome him again if he travels through Gdansk next time.

 

Thomas and Holm are very friendly and polite guys. It was easy and comfortable to host them. Surprisingly they reacted very positively on my guidance through the old city (I felt like I should buy me a tourist book asap)...and bringing some local beer was a good idea!

 

Thomas and his friend Holm were really nice surfers, they prepared appetizing pasta and wine :) They are interesting people, friendly, orderly, cheerfully ;)

Thomas is cool.He surfed my sofa on his trip through Baltic countries.Though his stay was quite brief(one night) we managed to see quite alot and even picked up some chicks in the beer restaurant.Also Thomas is german precise and accurate,he has good timing and plans things much in advance.

Thomas is a very nice guy. I was in Lippstadt for some business assignment & He came to fetch me from the hotel and brought me to his apartment to have dinner.

Thomas is a good cook ;) We had dinner, chat and share our CS & other experience. I had a good evening...... thanks Thomas.

I hosted Thomas in Riga. He is a great guy, a good company. In the evening we went for a beer, but ended up with a wonderful CS meeting in ROTH! :)

Thomas and his friend stayed at our place for a couple of nights. They were extremely polite and friendly guests and they offered us a ride on one of the crazy atractions during Leiden festival!!! Thanks guys, it was very fun!! And first police oficer I met through cs :)))) Good luck guys!

Thomas surfed my couch; my first CS guest!
He is the perfect guest... kind, funny, autonomous and he even brought me my favorite beer from Germany!

 

We've met for the first time back in 1997. After a small flood he had to move and sleep on the single available couch - that in my room :-). Since that time our friendship lasts.
Don't be afraid of hosting him, he's already a wise decent grown-up guy, he surely won't do it anymore :-D.

 

I would have loved to spend more time with Thomas and his friend, but I understand that many other people also wanted to enjoy their company when they were in Moscow. They are really nice, friendly and humorous people. When they left, we were not at home, and they left a lot of gifts for us. Thank you for your gifts and for visiting us.
