Shared Room: DependsIt's all free choice in the end =)! After 4 years of communal student housing in Delft I now live with 3 people and 2 cats on the 2nd and 3rd floor of an old house southwest of the city center of Rotterdam.
My surf space here consists of 2 little rooms (1 bedroom, 1 study) which would enable at least 2 people to surf my couch. The actual couch in the living room can also be used for surfing.. Mattresses, blankets and pillows can be provided for you.
My place is easily reachable; 25 minutes walking from Central Station, max. 200 meters to any other means of public transportation which will get you anywhere within Rotterdam.

Sep 12, 2011 I have surfed Lucas bed with my friend while we were on the trip across Netherlands. Lucas was nice host, made us dinner and showed us around Rotterdam. We saw whole Rotterdam during one day, it was very nice even it was raining 5times a day. Had a good time there. enjoy!

Apr 22, 2011 Positive I surfed Lukas' Rotterdam place for a night. He is very funny, calm, and friendly. Also an excellent host, very thoughtful and kind. Always smiley and hippie. He helped me to understand the metro, which sounds complicated to me. LUKAS is a great chef. !!! Delicious food !!!
His flatmates are all very kind and nice. I like Amber a lot lol. And the Black and Red cats bring so much fun.
He provided comfortable mattress.
He also showed me around Rotterdam, telling me “interesting” bench design near the harbor.
Also witness a very poor bike accident together.
Hope to see Lukas again.

Aug 20, 2010 Positive Lukas is very warm and friendly. He is interested in everyone being at peace and having fun. He is funny, sarcastic, and likes a lot of good music. His roommates are also very interesting, especially the notes they leave each other on the whiteboard. Staying in Delft was short, but sweet with a very chill attitude.

Jul 30, 2010 Positive The whole couch surfing thing with Lucas was complicated and took effort to happen! It actually happened on the second try, and i am most glad that it finally happened!
Lucas is an absolutely great guy! Funny, easy going and such a warm person! He gives the most amazing warm hugs!
He agreed to host me, even though he arrived to Delft some time after midnight himself, with a huge backpack and two more girls to host! Great girls by the way!
I absolutely enjoyed my stay there!

Jun 5, 2010 Positive Had such a great time in Delft with Lukas! He really knows how to relax but have a big adventure around the city. We went exploring for new areas even he hadn't seen before, as well as climbing the kerk tower and having some chai tea at the top haha! We also checked out this awesome Jazz festival in Rotterdam for the night, and even got to see some local musicians playing in the station when we missed our train at around 3am haha. Great times! Hope to see you again soon and keep continuing on with your art :)

May 20, 2010 Positive Lukas couldn't host the 2 of us, but he met us for coffee/drink and took us for an hour tour around Delft. He even wore his WTF? t-shirt! Nice, warm guy. I wish we had more time to go deeper as I can tell he is interesting person.
