What is happiness?

Happiness comes in all "shapes and sizes" to use the common cliché, but it's true. When traveling, it's very easy to get frustrated with different customs or cultures that you're not used to but it's also just as easy to enjoy them! Happiness is what YOU make of it. Happiness is ....

...eating food I could never find in my own country.
...eavesdropping on conversations I can't understand.
...laughing at the hole that's supposed to be called a "toilet."
...watching little kids play under the Eiffel Tower.
...staying up until three A.M. laughing with my couchsurfing host.
...dopamine in the nucleus accumbens.
