Cape Town Health & Fitness is a fitness group dedicated to the wonderful people of Cape Town, whether they are locals or CS expats visiting our lovely shores.

Whether you're looking to find friends within Cape Town that are actively engaged in health, sports and fitness, or whether you're merely looking for a fun person to do some hiking, squash or early morning yoga sessions with, this group is for you!

I will do my best to update everyone on all major sporting events taking place within Cape Town, most notably the major international test matches in Rugby, Cricket and Soccer (Football). It would be a nice way for local and visiting CS friends to gather, make new friends and also to share any fitness or training tips you might have.

I am an internationally accredited Fitness Professional and I am also here to answer any fitness questions you might have. I can even arrange a one day pass for you at Virgin Active in Claremont or even Cape Town :)
