"a stranger in this town.. who'll show this stranger around?"
I am Cesar, I m here in NYC staying for some weeks and I would like to join you for a bike ride tomorrow or even today I´ll be on the bike since the day its really nice. I did some interesting routes so far within the city but even there´s always new things to see! This is my number 914-479-9802, you can call/text me or just reply.
I have the day off tomorrow and was thinking of going for a good bike ride anyway, so if you care to do that fun ol thing together, that'd be great. I'm lookin to do something 1-2 hrs out, then back, and was thinking of just heading out east into Long Island, which I realize isn't exactly the classic tourist thing to do, but if you're looking for some less crowded, cruzer streets, this would be the way to go. Plus, there's a few cool things to see out in that direction, like some graffiti walls, nice parks, and good diners to stop at for lunch. Midday would be a good send-off point. So if you get this in the AM, you wanna ride, and can give me a call, do so: 530.559.5185. Anyone's welcome to join as long as they love bikes!
Hope to be meeting you upon a two-wheeled steed soon!

first, thanks again for responding. unfortunally, i didn't get to internet since my last messege (, so i haven't seen it on time, and anyway, i biked yesterday. however, i'd defiantlly go for a second ride, if it's with a native this time... :)
i didn't got everything you said (bad acoustics+lots of people at the met), but i understood you're busy tomorrow? i'm doing some general stuff tomorrow, so if you want to meet up on sunday and ride or do other stuff, could be fun (i have two free tickets to the Natural history museum. been there once, so i'm not intending to do the whole tour again, but i'd like to be in the planetriom itself, which i missed).
i'll be next to net tomorrow evening again, hopefully. i'll try to have the phone on sunday too.
p.s.- i highly appreaciate people who refer to their bikes as "the noble steed" :)
