Temperatures are rising, and the animals are coming out of hybernation. Those large winter meals tend to be cut short by our shrunken stomachs, and this poses an important question:
i was recently messaged about nutrients, and it got me thinking that during this time of year, i really seem to cut back on food. Personally, i rely on juices, water, veggies, grains, and fish. Where that feels refreshing and simplistic, are our bodies recieving the nutrients that they require during these months of heat and snacking?
take a minute, realize that your head and body are not seperate, they are connected, and they are working together to serve you. Listen to your bodies,
experiment, discard what feels heavy, and take in what feels nurishing and whole. Dont forget about that water, as it is the fuel for our souls!
