Fasching in Mainz on the 9.2.13
Posted February 5th, 2013 - 9:19 pm by from Frankfurt am Main, Germany (Permalink)
Hello everybody :)

who would like to join for the Carnaval in Mainz this Saturday?

I never been there myself, but I heard good things about it, so I guess it should be fun .... but what can go wrong with costumes, musik, good mood and drinks?

Hopefully some of you will join :)

Hi Ruxandra, the guys from CS in Mainz have already organized an event for Saturday.

I think I'm going there, but earlier, so that I can get to know the city a little bit.

Hey :)

yeah yeah ... I saw that too :) ... well we could definetly go a little it earlier, I also know another group who meets at 13 at Hauptbahnhof, maybe we could join them until we go to see the couchsurfers in mainz. Do you know how to do an event thing? I think is more easier that way to have an overview on who is coming and thing like that...

Do you have a costume?

oki ... so when would you guyes like to meet and where ... should we meet in Frankfurt or in Mainz?

If we decide that some of us will meet in Frankfurt, at what hour? Is 13 ok? Or should we meet a little bit earlier?

The couchsurfers in Mainz meet at 18, so I think we should arrive in Mainz a little bit earlier so that we have time to do a city tour and also have something to eat...

I'll be in Mainz in the evening for sure, but because I help for a friend of mine on saturday I don't know whether I can join you earlier. :) And I'm not sure I want to visit the "must-sees" in some strange make-up. :D

I'll be a smurf, anyway. Which is not too difficoult regarding to my 158 cm. :DD

See you guys on saturday!

cooli :) .... for those who want to join later... I guess there are two options, either we meet at 18, at the meeting point of the CS Mainz event, or if 18 is too late, we could exchange phone numbers and meet at the fixed point in Mainz, which we should decide on in advance, because for example I do not smart phone, so the orientation part is not going to be easy for me :) ... do you guys have any suggestions?
