Where to live in Frankfurt?

Hi guys,

I’ve got a job in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt and I’m currently looking an apartment
somewhere in the city. The thing is that I don’t know Frankfurt at all so I don’t
know where the best spots to settle are. :)

I’m looking for a quiet district in the southern part of the city near the
river close to a park where I can go jogging. It shouldn’t be far away from S-Bahn
or tram as I'll be going to the center quite often. I’ll have a car in there so
I’d also like to avoid any big hassles with parking which are common for the
city centers.

I was thinking of Lechesberg, Oberrad or outer parts of Sachsenhausen. I was
also thinking of Offenbach which might be little bit cheaper but still well
accessible by S-Bahn.

What’s your opinion, guys? What is your favorite part of Frankfurt for living?

Thanks a lot for any advice! :)
Pepa
