Hello,

Does anybody know a tasty and not too expensive:
-either libanese either thai/indian restaurant that offers vegetarian dishes?
- either a "off the beaten track" restaurant to discover new flavour and original food alliances?

Thank you in advance for you tips!

Hands down the best Indian restaurant in Paris is Krishna Bhavan, and by chance they happen to be all-vegetarian. It's the most authentic Indian food you'll find west of Bombay, at least until you hit the little pocket of American suburbia where I grew up with Indian friends whose mothers taught me how to make a mean curry. You cannot go wrong with a single item on this menu, I'm serious.

Other good vegetarian bet, although pricier due to its location, is Le Potager du Marais, which is both all-vegetarian and all-organic. I've been there twice now for their prix fixe dinner menu (~24 euro, if I remember correctly) and I loved it both times.

Krishna Bhavan is also one of the only places in Paris where you can get a full meal--with tons of vegetables--for five euros. I seriously still can't believe this place exists.
