Hey everyone,

I've been in Melbourne for nearly 3 months now and need to get out of the city. My housemates have cars but rarely want to leave the house. Is anyone out here keen to get out on the weekends? I have my own equipment for snorkeling, surfing and rock climbing (sans rope) and would love someone to go with on the weekends. Adventures are fun, but better with others.

Just shoot me a message or post an event and let me know!

Jacob,

I've got a conference I'll need to be in Melbourne for on Sunday, or else I'd definitely take you up on the offer. I'm definitely keen for some time in the future if the offer stands and may bring another couch surfer along.

Best,
Austin

Hi Austin,

I am in Melbourne for the next couple of months and would love to get out of the city. I don't have a job yet so keen to go out also during the week (for some indoor climbing sessions for example, still beginner but love it) I am finishing my kitesurfing lessons this week. I have heard Inverloch is a great place for it so let me know when you plan to go there :)

Have fun!!!

All the Best,
Sonja

Hi

I've been in melbourne for several months as well and would love to get away from the concrete for a bit. Let me know if there is anything that you want to do - i've never been climbing before but it does sound like a lot of fun and i'm willing to try anything new.

Cheers
Nicky

Hey everyone,
I just arrived in Melbourne today (Feb 2nd) and will be staying until the 16th,

I'm 100% keen for some rock climbing, with big hopes for a trip to the Arpahilles or Grampions. If you're looking to go anytime during my stay here, or even just get together for some indoor climbing, give me an email at DMJury@gmail.com

Also, has anyone ever been to any of the indoor gyms yet? I wanted to see which was the best gym (Hard Rock, Cliff Hanger...).

Thanks!!

-David
