Tracks on Tasmania and Victoria (december)
Posted November 7th, 2013 - 5:02 am by from Adelaide, Australia (Permalink)
Hello guys
I am planning to visit Tasmania and Victoria on December. I look forward to go there because I intend to do some amazing tracks there. As I am a foreigner and I will spend only one year in Australia, I can’t miss the opportunity to visit the incredible landscapes on the South of Tasmania and in Victoria.
So, I’m looking for a partner to joy the trip (not necessary the whole trip) . So that, in a second stage, we can organize all the things (buying the airplane tickets, doing a itineraries, estipulate dates, etc) together considering the best way for both.
It is interesting the people who wants to joy has some experience on hiking and camping before. Some of these tracks are pretty tough as Western Arthur and some are pretty easy as some walks on Tasmania and Morning Peninsula National Park.

The Itinerary that I’m thinking to do so far is:
1- Travel to Melbourne from Adelaide by car passing to the Great Ocean
2- Take a plan from Melbourne to Hobart. Spend one day to get a proper rest and get supplies
3- Go to South West National Park and do the Western Arthur Track
4- Go back to Hobart rest and get more supplies
5- Go back to South West National Park and do the South Coast.
6- Go back to Hobart to rest and to do tours around the city
7- Go to Tamania National Park to do easy hikings of one day or less to meet the area and the amazing Totem Pole :D
8- Go back to Melbourne and visit the city there
9- Do the Great Prom Walk or another track on Promontory National Park
10-Visit the Mornington Peninsula National Park
11- Go to Mount Kosciuszko

So, all fanatics for landscape please feel free to join. I don’t look necessarily for one person.
See ya!
