Hi everyone,

Let's go eat some Jamaican lunch at Primo Patio Cafe in SOMA this coming Sunday, May 31st. :)

Yes, folks, it's that time again. The SF Foodies are back for our J for Jamaican event, the 10th installment in our A to Z series of choosing restaurants by cuisine.

Primo Patio Cafe serves up “a unique mix of fresh ingredients and Caribbean-style spices and...healthy, value-priced tasty meal[s]” at its SOMA location, right near AT&T Park and Caltrain. Vegetarian options available.

Check out the following web links for more information:

IMPORTANT: Please bring CASH with you to the event. Remember to add an additional 22-25% to your meal price to cover both tax and tip.

As always, if you don't want to pay for a full meal and instead just want to join us for dessert, soup, salad, a cold beverage or whatever else fits your budget and appetite, feel free to stop on by. Everyone is welcome. :)

Be sure to RSVP to save yourself a seat at the table.

Fear not, Sir Enzo, for an official reservation for this fine luncheon feast has indeed been procured for date of Sunday, the 31st of May. ;) The Giants shall engage in a sparring match on this particular afternoon, and, as such, the dining establishment in question, Primo Patio Cafe, shall remain open for business.

So, come one, come all and enjoy some delicious Caribbean flava. Word on the street is that they serve up heaping portions of plantains, jerk chicken and the fixins on a tropical island-like patio. Not too shabby, if you ask me. :)

Okay then, see you guys at 12:30pm on Sunday!

Cheers,
Maggie O
