Your English - My Japanese or Asian cooking
Posted January 2nd, 2012 - 12:07 pm by from Chigasaki, Japan (Permalink)
Hello CS friends,

How are you?
I've got a nice language exchange partner on the post before.
But,Unfortunately,he was back to Denmark on Dec.
That's why I'm looking for language exchange partner again.

My job is kinda Journalist and food coordinator.
I published my recipe books in Japan.
But my major is Japanese literature(BA) in my uni.
So,I can teach Japanese for you.

I used to study English and European cookery
(NVQ professional cookery LV3)
at a public college in UK.

However,my English is not enough for business
because my English level is still intermediate.
In the future,I would like to teach Asian cookery
for other countries people.
Therefore,I hope my English is getting better
by conversation.

And,I can teach Japanese,Korean,Thai
and some Vietnamese cookery.
Because I studied Thai cookery in UK.
I've been to Seoul for 45 days on business trip as a food artist.
then,I exchanged Japanese for Korean cookery
with local food coordinators and house wifies.
I used to work with Vietnamese Chef
at Posh Japanese restaurant in London.

If you are interested in language exchange with me,
please contact me.
