Nepal is well known in the world for Shangri-La of nature, culture and adventure. Nepal is home to profuse historical monuments, religious pilgrimages, Cultural heritages, jungles for wildlife safaris, sunrise spots and beautiful cities. This makes Nepal, a hotspot destination for mountaineers, and people seeking adventures and Nepal has some of the best trekking in the world, to and around several of the world’s highest mountains, including Mount Everest. It is amongst the most visited country by trekkers, as Nepal tourism industry is well prepared to facilitate all manner of trekking styles and destinations. Trekking is one of the best ways to experience the wild and lofty places, diverse cultural heritages and varied geographic conditions of Nepal.

Hi,

I just got back from Nepal on my solo trip and I have to say definitely Nepal is one of the best places I've been to. The country is beautiful, the people are kind and the tourists are very interesting. I'm sure that you all will just love it there.

Kevin - I spent 7 days trekking to Tengboche (on the way to EBC), a few nights at Kathmandu and Pokhara. In my opinion, if possible you should spend more time in Pokhara. It's a very peaceful city to chill and do lots of outdoor activities if you're interested (especially paragliding).

Enjoy!!

Dear Mimi, Lhamu & Pradip, :)

Thanks a lot for your sound advice! Your replies have been really helpful for me and my friend to draft a plan for our adventure in Nepal.

Sorry for my late reply by the way, but I just arrived from a holiday. Now back to base again :)

We will arrive in Nepal after almost 4 weeks in India, then we intend to cross the border to enter Nepal. We maybe spend from 10-12days in all in Nepal.

In fact we are seriopusly considering spending some nights also in some other places which you mentioned like Pokhara, before we reach Kathmandu.

So thanks a lot guys. Your advice has been really helpful ;-)

I really appreciate your time to help me out. And yes I will be really glad to meet you!! :)))

We'll keep in touch.

Positive vibrations to all of you all the way from Malta! :)

stay cool...

Kevin
