Spanish Conversation Group

(La version française suivra)

Hey there team,

We had a pretty good thing going there for a while with the weekly meetups for Spanish conversation. What happened to those? :) If anyone is interested in starting them up once more, I'd be well up for it. Maybe Else's sometime this week? Or next weekend? Let me know what you guys think!

Isn't the Sunday thing more Portuguese oriented? I'd be well up for anything. I'm free mostly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

Maybe the meeting seems more "portuguese oriented", but last Sunday, there was more people speaking Spanish than Portuguese.

It's always difficult to keep enough of people for those languages meeting. There's always a lot of interested people at the beginning, but after few weeks... It was like that each time someone tried to organize them (Nancy, Geneviève, me, etc...) So we're trying to combine the Spanish Meeting w/ the Portuguese one just to have more people. Last week (which was the first one) was really nice and we had some good reviews. Also, it's not only french/spanish and french/portuguese, but also spanish/portuguese.

If anyone wants to organize an other Spanish meeting during the week, go for it! :) Personally, I want to practice my Spanish as well, but having two meetings in one week takes too much of my free time.
