Outdoor climbing??
Posted June 4th, 2010 - 3:09 pm by from Calama, Chile (Permalink)
Hey ya'll. I'm dying to do some more outdoor climbing, only problem is, I don't have a rope. If anyone does and needs a partner (mediocre climber, but stellar company!)....lemme know!

Hey there - I know I'm not much help to you because I don't have a rope either... but I didn't know if you or anyone was interested in getting a group out to go climbing... I've only done climbing on walls and would love if anyone would be willing to teach a beginner to outdoor climbing! (I'm very athletic and learn fast and am willing to try anything!) Since I can't really contribute by bringing equipment or anything, i'd be more than happy to chip in by driving or anything else that is needed!

Would love to get in on this as well!
There's some great climbing at Hammond Pond near Boston College.. (end of the B line)
I don't have a rope either (nor a harness :/).. but I do have a crash pad for bouldering.
keep me in the loop!

Okay, so we've got three people but no rope..haha! Will keep ya'll posted if something comes up. I'm also in the Meetup.com group for climbing; they organize meetups at indoor gyms and sometimes outdoors as well, fyi.

they do outdoor trips and don't mind extra people.
