Kitchen Party Sunday Feb. 3rd - Let's cook Asian - 19th arrondissement
Posted January 31st, 2013 - 9:53 am by from London, England (Permalink)
Hello friends,

I'm willing to organise a KP this Sunday. Lets start around 6pm.
Cooking Asian is generic I confess, but I do not want to limit it to a given country.
As long as its all those Asian flavours we chercih, that is fine.
My metro stop is Jaures. I'll publish the adress later on, in a specific event.

Foodly yours,

sorry I didn't get it in the beggining. There are two cooking events this weekend.
The one on sunday, organized by Thomas, seems more interesting for me, especially i can cook a good Thai chicken..
Vivage, you say saturday, but you put the sunday's date on the event...

I can prepare a chicken with curry and coco nut's milk..I need the ingredients from a chineese/asian shop - does anybody know if there is any in the 19th? At Belleville? And open on sunday? :p
If there is too many main dishes or I don't get the ingredients I can maybe think about any dessert..

Hi peeps,

I already have couple friends coming and want to keep the participation limited. So as for CS community, I'll stick the frist four persons who kindly responded, namely : jana vivige realina eddy.
Overall idea is each one brings a plate (say each plate proportion for two persons).
I personnaly will try some Clam with saké (japanese dish as it looks9 and mango & sticky ricce.

I'll send private messages for the venue details.

Looking forward.

You can either cook your dish at home (got micro-oven), or cook it @ my place (i got a wok, bamboo steamer and off to buy a rice cooker).

As for shops, Looks for 'les freres tang'. You'll find all the Asian food items you need.

Hi guys, I'm working at the library and because of my delay I can probably appear only at 19h and than start to cook...is it too late?
I have spent a horrible hour in frere Tangs shop this morning, it was all crowded, but I have (nearly) all ingredients. It should work. Let me know what do you hink about the time, please.
