Spanish or Basque... for Sanfermines in Pamplona!
Posted September 28th, 2013 - 1:30 pm by from Ortuella, Spain (Permalink)
Hi!

I'm Basque boy travelling for three months and right now in Melbourne for a month meeting people and trying to improve my English.

I could exchange Spanish or Basque for English.

Spanish quite known and many exchange offers. Not so many for Basque ;-) What is Basque? What does it deserve for? Basque is one of the oldest languages in Europe, before Latin. It's spoken on Basque Country between Spain and France in the Atlantic coast. So maybe interesting for linguistic, and for fun too... It's spoken in Pamplona San Fermines, where many aussies go to run in front of the bulls. So, it could be useful and funny to learn some words and then get in contact easily there. For example Hello = Kaixo and 'Two beers' = 'Bi garhardo' haha

See you soon!
