Posted April 1st, 2013 - 7:52 am by from Alexandria, Egypt (Permalink)
My flatmate is going back to his hometown in the middle of may and now im looking for a flatmate.
We live in Kfre Abdou; it is very well located, there are many places for hanging out; also, we have a library 2 min walking from the flat and just in front of it there is a supermarket that u can find literally everything (beer as well) .
About the flat:
We have one toilet, 2 living rooms, 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms (both have AC) one dining room.

Things that you need to know:
- I have a little dog called Pepito, he is adorable and wont bother you at all, and he only understands spanish.
- The rent is 1250LE plus services. Gas: 5, Electricity: Around 40 each, Internet: 70 each, Water: 5 each
- This post is for only foreigners male or female, my flatmate is a boy and we never had a problem at all.
- My landlady is kindest person ever, ive lived here for 8 months and we never had a problem.
- If u want to bring your friends over, it is totally fine, no one wont bother u, and if u have ur bf/gf he or she can stay over with no problem.

Things about me:
- I love to clean and cook (ask my flatmate)
- Im studying here
- Im colombian but i live in Egypt 2 years ago

If u want to come and see the flat u are very welcome. Just inbox me, the bedroom will be able on the middle of may.

As i said before this post it is only for foreigners

Hola Paola,

If you don't want me to speak in Spanish, we can speak in English, or in Egyptian, no problem for me :)

Hasta luego :)
