Hey Adam. I wish I'd seen this post months ago when you posted it. It shows how long its been since I've logged in. Anyway, my GF and I are fairly new vegans. Vegans only in terms of our diet. Letting go of animal products was the easy part. We're trying to balance out our vegan diet and finding that cooking is key. Anyway, if you're still open to it, any advice on a healthy vegan diet would be great. My mother just told me about Quinoa. Are you familiar? Cooking tips?
