Most Amazing Place in Europe?
Posted March 9th, 2013 - 2:32 am by from Orem, United States (Permalink)
I am heading to Europe in April. I will be in Barcelona and then Porto till the end of the month. Then I have no plans. My question is where have you been that has been so amazing that you always want to go back? I might find a cheap car so out of the way places will work. So, what do you think?

Very interested in everything that you write about you!!!
Sea, sailing, travel, Barcelona, and even your photo ...
Exactly when you will be in Barcelona?
I am an artist, landscape, paint sailboats, sea, mountains, great cook and very patient ... I did not know the conditions of the Monastery of Montserrat and went there at 6 am in high heels 9 cm .. I went to the mountains in the shoe to 8 pm, took 300 photos and 2 video (1 complete record of service in the church of the monastery) I can adapt to any conditions of life, in spite of my frail and ekzoltirovannuyu appearance, but there is a barrier ...
I speak only in Russian

If you're going to be in Porto you could visit the " Praia de Augas Santas", in Galicia, it should be around 4h from Porto. It's not just a beach.. it's an awesome place!
Once there you should visit aswell the Cíes islands, not sure how does it work in this season of the year.. I've only been there in the summer time.

Otherwise if you're in Barcelona.. well, what can I say about my hometown? :) You'd need 10 years to discover all the secrets! ;) But if you want to see something nice without many tourists.. drive up north for around 2h to Beget. It's a lovely town in the mountain!

Have fun!

Thank you for such valuable advice, dear Anna! Yes, I was 10 days at Christmas and New Year in Barcelona.
It's an amazing, magical city, and again really want to Barcelona, I dream right there to paint a picture, I'm an artist and I live in beautiful St. Petersburg.
I equally love the mountains, remote areas with beautiful scenery and great old and ancient cities.
I'll take your advice, if possible.
