From Bratislava to Sziget
Posted July 31st, 2009 - 10:36 am by from Madrid, Spain (Permalink)
Hi everybody,
Me and a friend arriving at Bratislava Airport on 11th August,at 9 o`clock (AM). Perhaps somebody drives to Sziget by car and by chance drives through Bratislava at this time and has 2 free Seats (seems not very probable);-) . Or we could meet to drive together with the bus or hitchhike to Sziget.
So long, Sean

Hi Sean,
I took the train last year, which only took 3 hours and was quite full of sziget people so a lot of fun. Its also pretty cheap for a return ticket. I think it was about 16 euros.
Anyway I hope you find a way.
Good luck, and possibly see you in sziget!

Thank you Alma,
Yes im thinking about it. So is it 16 Euros for one way?, or is return incl.? Otherwise we would take the bus, which also needs 3 hours and also costs 16 Euros with returning incl. ( Only problem is that we will arrive a little bit later, which again reduces the chances to find space in the cs-camp-area). Hope to see you at the festival.

Yeah I think I remember the train being 16 euros return. so its up to you to choose bus or train. I prefer trains :)
My friend and I are arriving early on the 10th and will also be helping to save space for the cs camp. so we'll do our best!

Just 16 return?
so may 8 one way?
well then I probably just take the train instead of hitching all the way down to budapest.

will hitch to prague tomorrow for a night and another night in bratislava.
