Hi Mesut, I want to see Nogorno-Karabagh. I may visit Armenia via Iran. But I am only free at 3th and last week of November. I am not sure if turkish citizien can get a visa at the border, if so, I'll try to do this trip. If you interested keep in touch with me. Have a nice weekend. Emine
Yes, it's possible. You will go to border, pass the Iranian side quite easily. Then they will make you wait for 30 minutes (15 minutes, if you have an electronic visa, which is way easier). You'll pay about 15 USD, and you are in. But there are just taxis near the border. So you'll have to pay about 100 dollars for a cab to anywhere. They will charge you for the same amount wherever you want to go in the country. You can share it with people, if there are some.
We did it this summer. For further questions, you can ask via mail.

i came crossing the land border from Georgia. at the border they made a photocopy of my passport got me fill in a form and pay $10 (3000 AMD) and they gave me 21 days long visa. There was no problem at all and everybody was very helpfull.
