My project for a innovative travel Network called Lost In India
Posted June 14th, 2012 - 2:53 pm by from Mumbai, India (Permalink)
Hi,

Im Sagar from Mumbai ....done my Engineering from Mumbai...been a while working in Information Technology for a while....

Here is what im thinking to create...a travel network which involves rural and culture tourism.....i have been working in an internet base start up ( something like groupon.com ) ....what internet has done in this world is mindblowing....what it can do ..it can blow off something bigger than your mind...

The name of this network is LostInIndia.com ( im still trying to figure out how could i get a domain with that name )....i have the resources to create a next generation website, SEO, socail media marketing platforms...as i am involved in a start up called YellowKOrp.com ( started among friends for smE web creations )

To start the project i have spent some time on creating an online survey which can help me to create it with a strong base ( as loads of companies start , but real players are who can survive )...

have created a fb page ...anyone who likes the idea always welcome to like it on fb too...

http://www.facebook.com/ImLostInIndia.....

What i need now is...im looking for contacts in most of the countries...i know the countries where the Max influx of tourist ( travellers ) come from....

Contacts who can help me to spread our network locally...yes internet is the main medium....but as a traveller i trust more on personal references...

The kind of people im thinking of involving are local fishermen, farmers living in small rural villages, whose livelihood depends on climatic conditions ......i dont want to put a huge story here...but i can take the converstaion ahead ...if someone interested in this project...

My Motto :- Quit My Current Job and Work something related to Travel and Internet ( creating something out of nothing )

Cheers,
Sagar
