Looking for fellow endurance athletes

Hi,

If you're into non-competitive endurance sports and would like to join for running (20+km), cycling (100+km) or swimming (3+km) then get in touch with me. I usually do some long runs and/or bike rides on the weekend.

Probably, I'll cycle to Lloret de Mar (and back) tomorrow during the day. Let me know, if you'd like to join for part of or all of the way.

Cycling speed would generally be around 29km/h average for long, flat bike rides, depending on the wind. The running sessions would be around 5m30s-6m00s per km.

I'm also interested in trail/mountain runs, so let me know if you'd like to try/do this as well.

Hola

yo corro maratones pero mi edad me impide seguir entrenado solo para carrrera asi que debo intercalar otos deportes. Ahora practico triatlon (empiezo) quiero correr un 1/2 ironman y si lo termino entero hablaremos del entero.(jeje) :)
si te interesa entrenar medias distancias dimelo, estoy muy mal en nadar y bici

Thanks for posting!

If you want to we could go swimming together. I go swimming very rarely and usually just manage somehow to survive the swim. The indoor pool closest to where I live (and where I'd prefer to go) is on "Carrer de Paris", more or less at the crossing with "Carrer de Viladomat". For the moment, once a week on the weekend would be enough for me. It's really just about the motivation as, obviously, once we're in the pool we wouldn't be able to talk anyways. Maybe every Sunday at 11h00 or so (though I'll have to check their times again in advance).

I'm also always looking for people who enjoy "semi-serious" road cycling, i.e. a pace around 30km/h on average over reasonably long distances (say up to 100km) without any significant breaks. If that sounds reasonable to you (taking into consideration you could draft behind me) then we could also organize something there.

As for running that's the least problem for me. I have a group to go with every Tuesday and I can also motivate myself more or less whenever I want (or need) to. The group on Tuesday meets at 20h00 outside Parc de la Ciutadella. At the main gate facing the Arc de Triomf. We leave at 20h05, so don't be late. I will also try to do some more trail running as I signed up for a crazy 112km ultra-trail running event in Andorra (9500m of total elevation to climb ...). So if you want to run maybe 20km or more in the mountains behind BCN then get in touch.
