Canon EOS 350D Camera
Posted July 8th, 2009 - 4:23 pm by from Hong Kong Island, China (Permalink)
Hello Everybody,

I just have a question. I just bought a second hand Canon EOS 350D Camera which I really wanted and luckily, I saw an ad in www.asiaxpat.com and I was so excited and tried to take a few pics and it's really clear compared to the regular digicam I have (Pentax Optio) but the Canon that I have is a lot more bigger and have a lot to learn about it. I don't have time right now to read the manual (because of work) so I'm wondering if there's someone who'd like to meet up and have some snack and chat about this camera?

Thanks in advance :D

Hi Sheila,
Welcome to DSLR family!Take more fotos then u can enjoy much fun!
In my opinion, the manual is a very important tool for a beginner. Don't feel that it will waste your time and u can find much skills through the manual! And I believe you should understand your camera before learning any shooting skills.
BTW, u may call me for drink when u pass by TST.
Enjoy!
Dave

Hello Dave,

Thanks for your Reply. I did read a few phrases in the "Manual" during my lunch break today and there's some words that I didn't understand. I have purchased a book earlier this year titled: "Digital Photography Bible Desktop Edition" by Dan Simon. I haven't read much yet too, LOL...!!! I will try to read it the same time too.

Anyways, I do work in Ashley Road in TST and sometimes I do have break times or finish work early. Maybe we can meet one time if you're free.

I hope I don't disturb you that much, hehehe...!!!

Cheers,
Sheila
