Hello
you need to go by bus. If you go by taxi you will get very expensive. ADO is a good bus service very safety and it's about 1:30 hrs.I think there ADO service at the airport to Jalapa and it costs about $170 pesos.
The weather is rainy and rather cold at this time, I suggest you always upload a jacket because sometimes dawns clear but at any time becomes cloudy.

Hello Miguel and thank you for your answer. (i just found out because of you that there is a Xalapa group, I was searching it with an H :P )
Hmm... we thought the bus choice but we will arrive quite late so we choose the taxi. Also we are 4 persons so the amount will be separated ;) Does the 800pesos sounds normal for such a ride?
Thanks again ;)

Do not be cheating, they are charging very expensive if you only take from Veracruz to Jalapa but if the trip is round with visits to tourist spots of the city to collect this fine.I hope that 800 pesos is the price you will pay between the four.
Greetings and enjoy your trip.
