Calm home at Budapest
Posted December 13th, 2012 - 12:33 pm by from Budapest, Hungary (Permalink)
The sunny 53qm furnished home sits at the calm garden part of Zugló (14th district).

The carpet bedroom (halfroom) has a comfy bed for two and a small bedside with a lamp.
The parquet flooring living room is 16qm. Two people can have calm dream on the extandable couch.

Every room has a balcony to the street.

Wifi is available in the flat but SAT TV is not. We would like wayfarers not to be relaxed by the adverts can be seen on TV.
However we can provide you many turn on movies which worth to see.

In the equipped kitchen 3 people can have their meals cozily. The big fridge with freezer provide you the possibility to keep the stuffs freshly which you bought at the market in the neighbourhood.

The separated toilet keeps the bathroomtrafic undisturbed. The bathroom is large and well lighted.

The flat is equipped with alarm system you can use your own code. The rooms have rolling shutters and screen against midges.

If you come by car you can park in the garage of the house.

To the citycenter you can go by direct bus. It tooks 25 mins to get to the center. By night there is a night-bus line coming from the center.

At the corner of the street there is a little grocery store with fresh bread every morning. You can buy drugs at the near pharmacy.

SeeYou at this Sunny Home!

Is this a whole house for rent, then, or just a room? Price?? I was previously living in the outskirts, so I don't mind doing so again.
Thanks!
