Looking for a flatmate – Beautiful room to rent with balcony in VIII district - available now or from March

Room to rent in a beautiful, “secession” style, freshly refurbished 100 m2 apartment close to Horváth Mihály tér (big church off József körút / on Baross utca).

I am looking for a flatmate in this wonderful and big apartment.

The room is 20m2, fully furnished and has its own balcony looking at the calm street Szüz utca.
The room has its own balcony, and the usual furniture: a bed, closet, table, two shelves, as well as a TV, if you want it. There are also towels, bed sheets and blankets, so it is also perfect if you moved from abroad :)

We will share: the big living room (30m2), the fully equipped modern kitchen (incl. Dishwasher), and a small guest room. Of course there is a bathroom and a second toilet.

Couchsurfers can be hosted in the guest room or on one of the sofas in the living room.

The flat is in Szüz utca, just off Baross utca, very close to Horváth Mihály tér / 10 minutes walk max. to Körút, 10 minutes walk to Metro station Corvin-negyed. It is a small, calm street, but everything you need is nearby (shops, public transport, centre in walking distance).
It is close to all the main universities. The flat is bike friendly.

Costs:
55.000 Ft – which currently is a bit less than 200 Euros – plus half of the utility costs gas and electricity. In the summer, that is max. 5.000 Ft per person, in the peak of the winter the max. is 15.000 Ft per person (with full heating on).

Rent includes utility costs paid to the house, Internet (UPC), telephone (landline) and TV.

About myself:
I am the social flatmate type, so I like to talk, do stuff together, cook together, hang out with friends at home and of course we have to share the household duties, I am rather clean, hard to put it in words but we have to find a common wavelength in that field, too... ;) - of course privacy is important, too, so that is guaranteed in your room / my room.

I am open to help you with getting along and around in Budapest/Hungary as a foreigner.
I fluently speak Hungarian, German and English, my Dutch and French is on an intermediary / somewhat forgotten level, I am happy to practise.

If you are interested and would like to have a look / I can send you more pictures,
please contact me through CS,
