Language and time zone
Posted May 25th, 2009 - 9:51 pm by from Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland (Permalink)
Hey, I just took this task and I need some answers from the members that want to participate at the meeting (or that will try).
Can you tell me:
-Which language you're interested to have in the chat?
-On which time zone you'll be?
-At what time of the day is the best for you? (you can indicate a range)

Example for me:
French, English, Italian
GMT (Iceland)

With those informations I'll try to do a table and choose the best time of the day and the language that are spoken at least by 2 members.

I am useless! I have NO idea where I will be...or what time I'll be available, but I can say

English, Spanish (though mainly I'd be listening and not saying much as I am shy in Spanish!)

Sorry! That's all I know!

English, Spanish, German, Mandarin.

I'll be somewhere in Central Asia... traveling without computer so no clue when and how and where I'll be close to internet.

Hey :)
As well as languages you've already listed that I speak, I can help with Portuguese and Esperanto (and if I'm lucky, a bit of Czech by then!!)
Time for me; most likely in the late afternoon since I know I'll be travelling back to my flat in Prague that day, so 4pm-10pm (GMT+1) perhaps. All day on 26th.
Can't wait!! Excellent initiative :)

French, English, Spanish I can certainly follow/participate, German would be a bit challenging...

I;ll be in Western Europe so GMT +1 I guess
