Vegan/Vegetarian Potlucks
Posted July 24th, 2009 - 8:41 pm by from Vancouver, Canada (Permalink)
I am not able right now to co-ordinate anything, but be prepared for vegan/veggie potlucks come September when I am a little more settled and have a permanent address... Also anyone want to get together for a night out at some great veg restaurant? We have too many to choose from so let's get some ideas swirling around...

Take note there is an Earthsave vegan potluck at Jericho Beach on the 15th of August at 5 pm, weather permitting.

If anyone is interested in coming with me to check out Grub on Main (some great sounding vegan dishes), let me know.

Ok, I'm in Europe for the next couple month, but I only know of a a few east Indian restaurants that are Vegetarian and the Noam which I wasn't overly impressed with even though I've been their Lot's (the foods good but I can cook most of it and not wait two hours) I was wondering if you could shout me some new restaurant to choose from

Here's your best resource for that:

It says 2008, but we didn't produce 2009 because it's still just about 100% up to date.

Yes I can show you some restaurants. When you return from Europe find me and I will show you some real food in some real restaurants.

Earthsave has dine-outs at restaurants all over the Lower Mainland twice a month. What we do is go into restaurants and arrange with them to have the best showcase of all the vegan items they can make.

You register with us for this menu which includes tax and tip and that enables you to try far more items that the restaurant has to offer than if you just went with a friend.

If you scroll down on this page, you will see lots of past menus and restaurants we held dine-outs at:
